I have spoken to him four or five times and he keeps saying he'll come to fix it, and still hasn't. I last spoke to him two weeks ago, and he told me he would be out the following week, but of course never showed. He is very unprofessional, uses the wrong equipment for the job. This is a small, residential area and a large mower is completely inappropriate.

I received a flyer in my door about services provided by this company. Although I have never contacted anyone advertising their services in this way, I decided to give it a try. I called and the phone was answered immediately. I explained what I wanted and the guy said he was at a store and would need to call me right back-within 30 minutes. I never heard anymore from him. He did call the next day and apologized and said he could come that day. I gave him my address and he said he would be there within a couple of hours. He never showed up. The next day-or maybe a couple of days after that he called again wanting to know if I still wanted him to come by. This time I told him that I wasn't able to use someone that I couldn't count on. I give him credit for calling back and apologizing, but that is about all. Pretty poor business practice to advertise door to door when you can't follow through.
