 + -1 moreI didn't enjoy it obviously, they did refund my 30.00.
Description of Work: I needed 3 doors replaced......I went to Home Depot to have them installed, they said they would send out someone to measure it, it would cost 30.00 but they would take it off of the install, fine........they came out, measured the doors, and said they would get back with me on the price. Fine. A week later, I received a call from the main office saying the would not do the installation because of my siding. I argued and even offered to sign a waiver if they made a mistake. They wouldn't do it. I don't understand why the guy that took up my time (and my 30 dollars) couldn't have explained that while they were there. I will never use Home Depot on Bannister again. It probably cost me 3-4 hours of my personal time (including the hour I spent in the store, most of the time waiting for someone to help me), not to mention over a month of getting my doors installed and endless frustration. So, I went somewhere else.

 + -1 moreThe initial visit for measurements and costs went fine. I choice this company because I wanted to find someone who could get the job done by a certain date. I had to wait 30 days for them to even start the fencing but, as long as work was completed on time...not a problem. They missed the start date but, came the following day and began work. I had quite a bit of fencing to do and they completed the job in two full workdays. The quality of the work was good for the most part but, I did see a couple of things that needed to be redone. I got no call back and no follow up from anyone. I emailed Home Depot and still have no response. I got another fence company come to make my adjustments.
Description of Work: I had a fence installed by Home Depot contractors.

 + -1 moreSALESMAN WAS SOMEWHAT SLOW AT THE STORE, AND IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION. ONCE THEY CAME TO INSTALL, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: PURCHASED NEW GARAGE DOOR, WARRANTY, INSTALLATION, RE-ATTACH OPENER AND DISPOSE OF OLD DOOR.
