 + -1 moreIt went great. Our down time with the leaky faucet was only a couple of days. Greg evaluated the problem and worked quickly to fix.
Description of Work: We had an issue with our faucet leaking. It is a Moen faucet that Heiman Dev. Co. (HDC) put in 2 years ago. Moen has a lifetime guarantee, so we called HDC on what to do. HDC came out that day, evaluated the situation, found the part needed, and install the part the next business day. Awesome Service!

 + 1 moreOnly surprise I had is they do not do gutter work so that Ratlif Gutters removed and replaced the gutter that was in our way. Ratlif Gutters were the company I originally contacted and they referred me to Heiman, as they do not do fascia work.
Description of Work: I contacted Greg at Heiman Development to tell me what he could do to repair some water damaged fascia and he promptly looked at the job and as soon as the weather permitted his crew was here and made the repairs. Because they didn't find it necessary to remove and replace the soffit he gave me credit for that part of the estimate in the final bill.

Description of Work: We gutted the original bathroom. Heiman Development did an outstanding job. They give you a written estimate and do exactly what they say they will do. We have used Heiman for over 20 years. They have done at least 4 major job for us. Not to mention many smaller jobs.

 + -1 moreThe guttering company removed old gutters on first day, Heiman Development replace damaged boards on the second day, and the gutters were replaced on the third day. All work was good quality, clean up after job was good,
Description of Work: The guttering company recommended Heiman Development to replace damaged fascia boards under guttering before gutter replacement, stating they had worked with them regularly in past. Mr. Heiman came to do estimate and gave written report, did work at time agreed on, and called me during the job to tell me damage was less extensive than expected, and that bill less than estimate.
