When Heavenly comes to your home,we clean baseboards,high dust,dust furniture,vacuum furniture,clean and sanitize kitchen and bathrooms, vacuum floors and mop (all floors are cleaned by hand),make beds,empty trash,clean the fronts of cabinets and appliances and more upon reques(may be additional charge)

They never provided the service we pre-purchased and we finally gave up on trying to reach them to schedule it.
Description of Work: We purchased a Living Social deal for Three Hours of House Cleaning with Two Cleaners. We tried repeatedly to schedule this cleaning service using their online form, phone calls/voicemails and emails. We did not receive any response to acknowledge our request/messages.

First, we had originally arranged to have our cleaning done on 12/20. I sent a note indicating we would likely have to change the date (because my brother had had a heart attack). However, I never did give a firm date to to change to but nevertheless, our date was given away anyway. I did not go into why we my need to change the date and thankfully the wonderful doctors at Olathe Medical Center had my brother back on his feet and released in only 3 days. But as indicated, when I went back to reconfirm our date, it was gone. We eventually settled on a date, but it was at 9:00 AM on the 31st and we were going to still have relatives in the house. They had many limitations what they would, and would not do. Had I know this, I would have hired them for only two hours since I would have know we would not have had any more than two hours of work for 2 people. Also, we were looking for a company to come in a couple of times a month to help with the clean since as mentioned above, I'm disabled. However, from what the two did, I have no idea if what they did is all they every do. If so, I would never be interested. My wife said it was like having our daughter clean for us. Don't get me wrong, our daughter does not do a bad job. She just doesn't do they kind of job we would do. So overall, they were not the easiest to work with with regards to setting up a time and their cleaning quality was only "average" at best.
Description of Work: General cleaning at best. Swept, dusted, cleaned the kitchen and mopped the floors. However, when they moved rugs to mop, they did not replace the rugs and mop where they had moved the rugs. They dusted in somewhat similar fashion. Dusted around stuff and either did not replace things where they had been and dust where they had moved them. Overall, we go the feeling the people with the Groupon deal did not receive the normal treatment which I found interesting since you would think they would be attempting to impress these new customers in hopes of acquiring them as permanent customers. Overall, I gave them a grade of a C, which I think was fair as they did a fair job, but I would not be willing to have them back because nothing they did really irmpressed us other than both were very friendly. Also, it was New Years Eve and it was snowing heavily. The two had several jobs after our job. We paid for 3 hours but the cleaners arrived at 8:30 AM; got started about 8:45 AM (our fault as we were say our goodbyes to our guests and then trying to figure our the process). They seemed to have completed all they were required to do under the Groupon voucher by 10:30 AM and due to the weather, I told them to go ahead and leave. I'm disabled and we had hoped they would put clean sheets on the beds, but that was not included, so we really had nothing else for them to do.

I did not like their services at all. The cost was $45 for a three hour cleaning for each of those. The first person came in and did a pretty poor job. They offered to come back and do a quick 45 minute, but I cannot get them scheduled. When I could schedule for next 3 hours, they did a lot better, but I was not still that impressed. They did not say anything because I did complain about not vacuuming furniture. The first lady who came said they do not do picture frames because they are breakables. It sounds like they are doing nothing. The next time another lady who came in said that they do that, but they have to be careful. She reminded me that these items were breakable and she was doing her best. They are not very good in communicating. After the vacuuming, I found a lot of dust that they had not picked up. I even asked the first lady if her vacuum was working. She said she did not know. She does not check these things. Her boss was supposed to do this. She could not see that she was not picking things up with it. The next time I think the owner came herself. She did a better job, but again I still not impressed. I would certainly never ever pay for the price. I do not want to use their services ever.

I purchased a Living Social certificate for a cleaning from Heavenly Home Cleaning. I emailed the company to set up a cleaning and had a date set for 6/17/11. A week or two prior to the cleaning, I got another response to my email stating there were no open dates available until July. I replied back stating I thought I was set for 6/17. I got a reply that said, yes, sorry, you are. Then, on 6/17/11, no one showed. I called the company and left a voicemail, and I also emailed them to follow up asking what had happened. As of 6/22/11, I have not received a phone call back nor an email reply. I contacted Living Social and was able to get a refund. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication. Had something come up and the company contacted me to explain, I wouldn't be as upset.

Had an appointment to have my home cleaned on 6/6/11 @ 3 PM. Had originally made appointment on 5/11/11 and had to wait almost a month because they were scheduled that far out. I had reconfirmed my appointment with them on Thursday (6/2/11) to be certain I was on their schedule. I had to take off work approximately 90 minutes early in order to get home for the 3:00 appointment... which is the latest appointment they will do. When 4:00 rolled around and they still had not arrived or called saying they were running late, I called their office and got a voicemail message. I then emailed them and asked where they were... and why I hadn't been contacted if they were running late. Another hour passed, and I had to leave to make some previous appointments of my own. So, at 5:00, I tried calling them... and again, I got a voicemail message. I then emailed them again telling them I was very displeased with their lack of respect for their customer's time. I demanded a refund (service was prepaid through LivingSocial.com promotion) and asked for an explanation as to what happened. At approximately 7:00 PM, I got an email response from Penny stating, "I have to take the blame for today. I overlooked your appt. and it was not added to the cleaners work sheet for the day." So, even though I emailed on Thursday to confirm, and they responded that I was all set to go... I STILL somehow got left off their schedule. Penny wanted me to reschedule for Tuesday (6/7/11) at 3:00 and I told them no, I just wanted a refund. I could not take off work early two days in a row... and run the risk of being "overlooked" again. Not to mention, I was quite upset that they were booked out almost a full month when I made the original appointment... yet when they missed mine, they wanted to reschedule it for the next day. How is that possible if they were booked so far out?? I would highly advise against setting up any appointment with them where you will be inconvenienced if they don't show up. They may do good work (I wouldn't know, because I never got that far), but their scheduling practices are very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Service was never performed because they didn't show up for their appointment time... even though I had confirmed the appointment via email (and received a response), just three days earlier.

Reasonally priced, does decent work, though not reliable to show up at the agreed upon time. The owner was always polite, professional and did a nice job cleaning for us. However, we needed someone that could arrive at 7:30 a.m. the day of cleaning so that we could let the person in and still make it to work on time. Staff was late several times. If your schedule allows a flexible start time then I would this company may work fine for you.
Description of Work: Housing Cleaning: clean bathrooms, vacuum rugs/carpet, mop hard wood floors/tile, dust.
