Description of Work: We called and explained our issues. They told us over the phone what we could do, and if we did it, we wouldn't need them to come out. We appreciated their honesty. They could have insisted on coming out and charging us for something we could have done on our own.

Description of Work: We contacted this company for a quote for our pest control. They were very informative, very helpful, and we eill be contacting them again when funds allow to begin treatments.

Description of Work: Scheduled a consultation related to visible termite infestation in our garage. The gentleman that came did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the home and did a great job explaining the treatment options and answering my questions. We went the route of doing the recommended spot treatment of Termidor in and around the garage interior and exterior and doing the Sentricon bait stations around the perimeter of the home. Two technicians came to perform the work as scheduled and did a professional job, explaining what they were doing and walking me through and showing me all stations and where they had injected Termidor chemicals. I was very pleased with Gunter and after getting a couple of quotes, found them to be very reasonable with their pricing as well. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: They are local, professional and well established. Prompt, courteous and do not seek to add unneeded expenses. They helped us realize we had a sinking garage floor and offered great additional free pest control advice.

This level of knowledge and expertise was above our expectations and we are grateful. He is very warm and personable. He has encouraged us to contact him between visits should a concern arise. The package we purchased is for a years worth of treatment. We are beyond satisfied at this point in our year.
