They were very nice and efficient but did not get the job done. The ants reappeared -- twice.

Great. The man was friendly and the people on the phone were friendly. He arrived on time, and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely use them again.

The inspector/sales person was very professional and thorough. They allowed for a short notice scheduling when it came time to treat the driveway after it was demolished but before it was replaced which prevented drilling in brand new concrete. However, it took a couple of calls to get it finalized, as my wife was told one date (which was greater than 1 week) and I was told an earlier date (a few of days). We may have been talking to 2 different people regarding the scheduling. We received bids from 3 companies and the price was in-line with the other 2 bids.

So far, so good. We have sugar ants in the kitchen, so they spot-sprayed inside and out.

It was a very good experience. Jeremiah listened to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the house, and explained that I had mistaken dirt dwelling ants for termites.

They were here when they said they would be, and did exactly what I asked. They were very thorough and they found that I did not have any termites.

HE HAS BEEN OUT FOUR TIMES, AND HAS BEEN EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. HE HAS GOT GREAT PRICES.

I appreciated their sensitivity to my chemical sensitivity and the advice.

I was really glad they work on Saturday, so I didn't have to take off work. The exterminator was on time, very friendly and professional, and he gave me a discount for being a first time customer. When I called to schedule an appointment, they found my house address in their files, even though I had never used Gunter. They had treated my house for termites long before I lived there in 1976, so they told me I didn't have to ever worry about termites, so that was good to know!

The technician was on time, polite, and seemed knowledgeable of his trade. I had inquired about additional service and while he could have easily performed the additional service at additional cost to me, he kindly informed me that the service was unnecessary at this time. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use Gunter Pest Management for regular service.

They have been very good. They are prompt and call me the day before to notify when they will arrive. They let me know that we all needed to be out of the house for 2 hours. I appreciated their thoughtfulness. They come every 6 months and spray the whole house. We haven't noticed as many bugs and spiders. They are very professional.

Fast call back on initial contact for estimate. They were able to perform the work necessary without us being home, which was nice to not have to take time off of work. They left a very clean site.

Called and made appointment, rep arrived on time, did a fine job spraying, bugs went away. They also spread pest control granules around the foundation. Bought 6 month service agreement - did not need to call them back to retreat.

The technician did not charge for the inspection. I was surprised. He also gave me prevention tips. He was polite and on time.

I DON'T THINK I'LL USE GUNTER AGAIN. THEY ARRIVE EARLY AND I HAVE CAUGHT THEM LEAVING AS I AM PULLING UP TO THE HOUSE, ON TIME. THEY ARE CUTTING CORNERS, NOT SPRAYING IN THE GARAGE, SHED, OR ATTIC IF IT IS INCONVENIENT. NOT VERY COOL TO HAVE TO MANAGE THEIR STAFF!

THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND HAD THE ADDED TOUCH OF REMINDER CALLS. THEY GAVE ME FAIRLY GOOD INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO THE TREATMENT AND AT THE TIME OF THE SERVICE SINCE I HAD NEVER BEEN THROUGH THIS SITUATION BEFORE. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND MY PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE CURED.

WORKMEN ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND REMOVE SHOES AT THE DOOR AS A MANNER OF PRACTICE. YOU RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE FOR RE-SPRAY (MINIMAL $25 FEE) IF YOU SEE BUGS WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF INITIAL SPRAY. I HAVE NEVER NEEDED A RE-SPRAY.
