I use them 2-3 times a year. They were a client of my ex-husband's and they do a good job so I keep using them.

My mother passed away rather unexpectedly and her adopted (feral) cat could not be found for days. We knew that the cat was in the house because food left out for her kept disappearing and a flea infestation followed. We called Gunter to eliminate the pests and they were courteous, prompt, and efficient. Several weeks later, when we wanted to show the house to the realtor, we called them back to spray again because we wanted to be certain there would be no problems. Again, they responded very quickly.

I got an annual renewal contract. They inspect annually and take care of any problems. Everything went fine and I had them back the following year. They send a postcard to advise me that I need to schedule. I haven't had any problems, but the house had termites in the past so I want it inspected every year. Since they have been coming, I haven't had any problems. They are fair and come when they say they are coming and do what they say they will do.

They came out quite few times. Our experience was fine. They fixed the problem. They came out on time.

They messed up the scheduling and didn't arrive during the time frame I was told, requiring me to call, but the inspector then arrived in 20 minutes and was apologetic. The inspector was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The man on initial visit went above and beyond the call of duty, going back into a difficult crawl space to look for evidence of termites. The actual installation was delayed by rain, but in the end a thorough job was done. The price was much lower than a competitor's.

Everything went very well with this company. I hired them last spring to do an inspection and they said I had extreme termite damage, but they said that the termites were inactive. However, I had seen some termites about two months ago, so I called them to come and inspect again and they concluded that there was some termite activity and I needed to do a termite treatment.

He came at the appointed time, checked the property thoroughly, and told us that we had no termites currently. He also suggested that we move the mulch away from the foundation to avoid a future infestation.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE COURTEOUS,THEY LET YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHATS GOING ON, QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT, AND VERY HASSLE FREE, BUT THE SPRAY DIDN'T WORK THAT WELL.
