+ -1 moreIt was an excellent experience. Joe, the main contact, came out and reviewed my request. He listened to my needs and provided suggestions and helped me draw up a plan. I already had a couple of proposals. Additionally, I had 2 firms that couldn't "make it" to the house for review. Joe was the only way who provided a good plan which met my needs, within my budget. His two workers, Miguel and Javier, were on schedule, worked well together, installed the system, checked it out, and were able to finish within 2 days, given that we had two days of rain. Joe came out and did a final check and explained/demonstrated the system.

+ -1 moreI had leak problem on the sprinkler system, they came out and fix the leakage, but in about a weeks time another leakage came out on a different area, so I have to call them back and they came and fixed it up, now the sprinkler system seems to be working just fine.

I signed an agreement last fall for a March install, and they showed up on the exact day promised. My site is sloped, rocky and has a numerous tree roots. Even with those challenges, the system for the yard and the planting beds was installed with full coverage. I love the end result and will be using them for all start up and winterizing.

+ -1 moreWas quoted $385 to $440 which included new main valve and new 12 inch by 18 inch plastic in ground housing. I had already excavated the the leak site and removed the housing. The owner and two employees arrived as promised, performed the work and were finished in less than an hour. The bill was $508 for what amounted to replacing 18 inches of PVC pipe and installing a new valve. The new plastic housing was not installed which I was told would cost $50, and was included in the $385 to $440 estimate. $385 was too high and I knew it. I was prepaired for $440 which is ridiculously high. I let myself be overcharged because I was in a hurry to get a reseeded lawn off to a good start. Frankly, in hind sight I was foolish to let myself be grossly overcharged for a simple, uncomplicated job. I cannot recommend this company.

Miguel was very easy to work with and made sure that I was happy with the system before the crew left. He also always informed me when the back yard would be open so I would not let the dogs out! I am very satisfied with the system and feel confident that they will provide excellent customer support when needed.

The employee answering the phone took my name and number, saying they would call back to schedule an appointment. 24 hours later, they hadn't called me back. I tried calling Go Green again, but got their voicemail. I contacted them again through an online service and finally got an appointment scheduled for May 15th. Joe Matthews, the employee scheduled to come out, did not show up for the appointment. I attempted to call Go Green and find out what was going on, but I got their voicemail again. I left my name and number, asking them to contact me to explain what happened. No one contacted me back the next day - I had to call them again. They told me that "something happened", but couldn't explain why I never received a call to reschedule (or even tell me they weren't coming). They claimed they had no record of my phone number, despite taking down my number the first time I called, having it on 4 voicemails, AND the online service I contacted them with. I would avoid using this service, as you can't rely on them to show up - or even call you back.

Miguel and Javier were on time and worked diligently. They were polite and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the process. The entire process was excellent. After instillation the owner came to explain the programming and checked the entire system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering installing a system. I had several other bids and I am very pleased I chose this company. The service provided by Go Green Lawn & Sprinklers was professional, customized to my needs, and exceeded my expectations.

+ -1 moreThey were able to quickly fix a zone that wasn't working, that a different company was unable to fix when they came out to winterize last fall. Go Green also fixed one other zone that recently quit working. He then went over the whole system and made some recommendations to make it work better and more efficiently. It seemed a little bit pricey to me, but I could tell the tech really knew what he was doing. Will certainly use again in the future for repairs and moving some heads around in the yard due to landscaping changes and patio addition.

+ -1 moreI paid them to complete the work including replacement of wiring, controller and all six valves. However, one of the zones just stopped working this week and I found out they didn't replace all solenoid as they were paid to. The dead solenoid was the old original one we had. It's very disappointed they did that.
Description of Work: The irrigation system was hit by lightning during a storm. The controller, all wiring and the valves need to be replaced.

+ -1 moreAll is above and will tell all I know my experience and will not use them. Sometimes you need to listen to everything to reach a conclusion.
Description of Work: I have used Go Green for several years. They have always been prompt and did great work. I recently had them at my home to turn on my sprinklers. The technician started, had turned on the water and couldn't get the sprinklers to start. I had mentioned it had rained a lot the past 24 hours so they won't go off as the sensor will sto them. I asked if he should come back when that wouldn't be an issue, but he said he could bypass it. I had been through the same conversation one year earlier and it messed with the sensor so I didn't want him to did it, but trusted he knew what to do. The sprinklers worked fine last fall. Of course it still doesn't work and he suggests a transformer. I wasn't sure that was an issue as it worked fine last fall. I challenged the decision and he left. I called Joe to discuss my thoughts, and yes I questioned the work he wanted to do. So if that's wrong I'm sorry. In the end it's my house and my money to fix it. I believe I can ask questions. Joe challenged my patriotism. Why I'm not sure, not sure what it had to do with his work. As the daughter of a WWII veteran and sister of two brothers who served in Vietnam, I was highly offended! I just had another technician and I shared that the system was on before Go Green came but was off now. Somehow they tripped the eletricity to my controller. He reset the outlet that was tied to it and the system worked fine This is exactly why people aske questions. It has nothing to do with my patriotism which you have no clue about to make any comments. I felt so disrespected. It was just for my challenging their conclusion that we now know was wrong. Things go wrong I get that but the conversation spoke volumes about this person.
