The office staff was very nice and someone scheduled quickly. They arrived right on time and got the work done quickly. The zone works great now.

He arrived for the appointment on time, early in fact, to give the quote on a Saturday. Since they do work on Saturday we didn't have to take off work to have the service performed. Again the technician that performed the work arrived prior to the agreed time and was professional, pleasant and finished the work ahead of schedule. We were extremely pleased with the work and the price was very reasonable for the work that was performed. We will use them again for routine maintenance and will recommend them to others.

For the most part, it went well. There were a couple of problems with the installment, however they came out and fixed them promptly However, my neighbors had more issues with them.

I called Go Green and set up an appointment, Ed was on time, pleasant, professional and courteous. He fixed some broken spray heads and re directed some others, he then treated our yard with fertilizer and for weeds. I set up to be on their schedule for grass treatments and irrigation maintenance. I recommend them highly.

I'd give them an A+! They're fantastic! I also like that they're a family-owned business. He uses as many organic chemicals as possible -- which I really like. They're great at adjusting everything and doing so without disturbing the surroundings. Their pricing is very competitive. His wife is so friendly when I call to scheduling something!

Everyone was professional. Hard working crew. Great design, Joe promised head to head coverage and we definitely have that. This was a big job... approx. 1.25 acres, 16 zones and has a rain gauge that prevents the system from coming on when it is either raining or has rained a specific amount... once the water has evaporated from the gauge, the system starts back up on the programmed schedule... We are not "that family"(watering when it is raining outside!). Our yard has recovered quickly, two weeks later, you cannot even tell that they were there! Great job, great people, great results! We could not be happier.

Joe and his team did a great job. They were about 6 / 8 weeks out from starting. They called in advance and the day of to make sure we were there. Joe met with me in person prior to the install and after the install to go over the instructions. The crew that did the install were great, very professional, and made sure everything was picked up every day. I had 3 or 4 quotes prior to going with Go Green and between their excellenct Angies list reputation and the final quote, it was an easy choise. I plan on them doing ongoing work for us.

They were on time. They arrived and went right to work. Go Green was informative on the system we had and the maintenance prepare our sprinkler system for the coming months. We had some sprinklers that were not popping up and Go Green took care of the problem

They were great. They came job the well. We are going to hire them to come back and do some additional work.

The work always satisfied be that they were doing the best they could. They were professional and courteous at all times. The only c**** in the time line came when I finally had to call them to schedule completion of the job -- which they did right away. I plan to use this company in the future for my lawn sprinkler system needs.

The install was great but we have tried to get them to come out since and move a few things as we are building a patio. We have tried for over 3 weeks to get them out here. They told us they would come last Sunday but did not give a time and they were a no show. We called back and there was no reason given for not showing up, no apology either, and they moved us to Friday, still with no time given. They were a no show again. Sprinkler system had a leak after the first winter, it took 2 weeks to get them out here to fix it. We've been waiting for 3 weeks for them to move the water lines for us so we can go forward with the patio. Bottom line: Great install - I would rate them all A's on the initial install. But do not expect any customer service after that. I would rate them all F's on our recent dealing. I would not use them again.

We called Go Green to check out our sprinkler system, which had been neglected for several years. We weren't sure of the state of the system. The technician came out on schedule and gave us a very thorough review of the system, as well as an estimate for all repairs that needed to be made. We also needed the plumbing for the sprinkler system from the main water shut off inside the house to be moved so we can do some other repairs to the foundation. After we accepted the bid, they worked us into their schedule as quickly as possible, and even called and asked if they could start a little early because they were running ahead of schedule. The work was completed quickly, and everyone we spoke to at Go Green was professional, courteous, and pleasant. Where the plumbing had to be moved, they took care to preserve the yard where possible, and cleaned up after they were finished. The owner and crew all explained each step and made sure we understood everything that was happening. We had a great experience, the system works wonderfully, and we will be using them again in the future for regular maintenance!

We bought a home that is new construction. We were having the landscaping installed and need to coordinate with the landscape work. The Go Green is easy to work with. Cody showed up as scheduled, got right to work, listened to my concerns, patiently showed me how to use the programmer and did what we needed. And he did it well.

Joe did a great job. I am very happy with my new sprinkler system and Joe's professional and personable approach to business.

Everything went very smoothly. Joe was more than patient with all my questions & also offered a better option for new heads being placed around my deck stairs. Over 20 heads were either moved, replaced or added to my existing system. The crew head was very personable & easy going, more than willing to get the job done right. The whole experience was exceptional. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The services required two visits. The labor was billed at the rate quoted and the parts my system needed were billed to me at reasonable rates. On the first visit, the gentleman found a malfunctioning valve and sprinkler head. He was careful and thorough. He showed me why he was repairing / replacing parts and always tried to repair first. He also took the time to school me on how my system worked and how I could get the most out of it. When I ran through a subsequent test of the system, I found two more sprinkler heads that were not working properly and that did not respond to my attempts at repairs. So I called Go Green back to arrange a follow-up visit. The follow-up visit was done by a man with an even higher level of expertise, which I really appreciated. He fixed my two sprinkler heads and recommended an additional repair that I agreed on. On this second visit I was only charged for the parts! How remarkably professional that they took responsibility for not catching the additional problems the first time!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH AT GO GREEN HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE, AND EAGER TO PLEASE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. THEY CLEAN UP THEIR AREA OF WORK. THEY ARE QUITE WILLING TO WORK LATE ON A PROBLEM. I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM AS SOON AS THE WEATHER STRAIGHTENS UP.

They did an excellent job. I will be using him again when I do the back yard in a year or two. He has been very responsive and is a good educator on lawn care. We will use him for maintenance also.

The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job with the installation. The installation was done in October so I wasn't able to use it very long before the system was blown out for winter. Looking forward to my first season without dragging hoses all around my yard.

I had several lawn problems, weeds etc. as well as sprinkler head problems. Joe has done a great job as well as his employees. Would recommend them for anyone for peace of mind

Called quickly after purchase of big deal, scheduled, showed up on time, did quick work of blowing out sprinklers.

There was some confusion with them that happened twice. I ended up waiting about 4 - 5 days for them to respond to me after having purchased this deal. The office person was overly courteous and robotic. When the man finally came out I really liked him and his work. He was an easy guy to talk to, thorough and honored the agreement we talked about. He also followed up when he said he would. Once we got on track I was happy with their work. And he worked in very cold weather. I was very happy with the end product.
