Top notch work all around. The company was available, scheduling was easy. I worked with Jeremie, a great guy. He offered innovative solutions, helped me configure my new Richio controller. on my smartphone. Left me extra soaker tubing and fixtures for a follow up project I easily did myself later, but offered to come back. Always answered his phone. I cannot recommend Go Green highly enough. Great company.

Due to several issues tied to my sewer line repair, my sprinkler system was in need of repair. Go Green repaired a broken line and replaced a couple of valves. The system is an old system so the valves were extremely difficult to locate and were covered by dirt/grass. Locating the valves took much longer than Go Green or I anticipated but when it was all said and done, the sprinkler is working. Also, the sewer line repair ruined a good portion of my grass. Go Green reseeded, fertilized, and verticut my lawn. My lawn looks much better and I expect it to be back to normal in the spring although it's pretty close now. I've used Go Green for a couple of years now and will highly recommend their services. Their prices are competitive and the customer services is top notch.

I am extremely disatisfied with the lawn treatment received from Go Green, their poor service and ultimate results of large patches of brown or dead areas throughout the front and back yard. Ed determined the treatment program on September 15, 2015 and treatment began about a month later. In February 2016 the early spring lawn application was applied. The cost of treatment to this point was $576. A month later Ed stated that the February application was applied by his error too early. By June the yard was full of weeds with bare spots where the grass was dead. Ed agreed to spray for weeds and seed the bare spots, and I watered every other day with a sprinkler system as directed. This resulted in large bare and brown patches. Though multiple calls to the company were not returned, another worker, Jeremy, was finally sent and expressed concern that the wrong chemical must have been applied. He said the yard would have to be reseeded in the future. Again it took a number of calls to get a response and Joe Matthews, the owner, eventually said they will not take any action to resolve the problem. I have documentation of the invoices and payments as well as photographs of the results of the Go Green treatments. I have mitigated the damage by seeding the lawn myself. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $576 paid to Go Green for a lawn that is a disaster and will take another season to repair.

Joe & Miguel is very talented and planning is very well. We asked so many questions and doubts but they clarified very well manner. Also they installed first day most of the sprinkler head but we requested to MP Rotators then they changed the position and installed. I am 200% recommending this GO GREEN company. Also they are very friendly to work with them. I will recommend my friends to install.

They just, if I could compare them to Ryan's for just a minute because those were the two bids I was looking at and Ryan was fifteen hundred dollars higher than Go Greens and so I went with Go Greens Ryan would have taken their time and made sure that it was perfect Go Green made sure it was just about right and got in and got out and got it done so they were a little more in a hurry to get onto the next job Ryan would have mad sure it was perfect. Joe and his staff are fantastic and easy to work with and listened to my requests. They all were timely in the bidding through instillation processes. They were careful around existing landscape and plants. My system has been set up to easily connect additional lines as I add flower beds. Thank you Joe!

Provided service on time and in a professional manner. Laid water lines and installed sprinklers heads around yard and flower bed. Installed control panel in basement and hooked up to water line. Professional installation and clean-up. Joe along with Miguel answered all questions were very easy to work with throught out the process. Very happy with the results.

Jerry arrived to do the work and was friendly, He was really good at learning the system and I asked him to redirect some of the sprinklers due to some replacement of plants with just rock in an area. Jerry did a great job of doing what I asked plus test all the sprinkler areas and was fast in doing it. I really liked him and will ask for him in the future. I used this group to close off my system last Fall. Everyone I have talked to at the office is very friendly and most helpful. I will use them in the future and when I move have them set up my sprinkler system in the new yard. I highly recommend them.

I am super pleased with the job that Joe, Miguel, and other works from Go Green did. They were all so nice and professional. From the very beginning Joe came out and walked me through the bidding process and described his plan in thorough details. He also provided different options that I could use and ultimately gave me his best recommendation. He was very personable and approachable and communicated very well. Joe called a few days before he started the work in my yard and everything ran very smooth. As matter of fact, I had a problem with my neighbor's sump pump draining into my yard causing water to sit in undesirable areas. Joe and his crew actually were able to bury my neighbor's sump pump line (with the neighbor's permission) and run it out to the street. Problem solved! Once the system was installed Joe walked me through everything on the control panel and gave me specific details about how to operate the system. Not only does Joe give you instructions on how to operate, he also explains why things function the way they do and gives reasons for any suggestions he makes. I'm two weeks out from my system being installed and you would never know a system was installed! Joe and his crew cleaned up after themselves and left my yard as good or better than it was when they arrived. Although Joe wasn't the cheapest bid I had, I decided to go with him because I was very confident in his knowledge and abilities after meeting him. Joe is a down to earth, family oriented guy and I was confident he would exceed my expectations and he did! I am a firm believer that "you get what you pay for" and I would use Go Green Lawn and Sprinklers all over again! Every time I've had a question or concern Joe has responded promptly to me and answers any questions I have, well after the job was finished. I'm excited that Joe and his crew will be taking care of my lawn applications as well. If you need an irrigation system or lawn application program, CALL JOE!

Very fast response, Quick bid, e mailed what work would be done. Very nice so far so we hired them to do the work. They did show up and do work on the day they said they would. BUT THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE DEAD SEED MAT BEFORE THEY DID THE WORK. Thus all they did was wasted. They threw all the seed and lime and fertilizer right on top of the dead seed mat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we couldn't see where they did verticut or aeriation. The lawn was bare with hardly any blades of grass so I think we paid for a service we didn't need and they didn't do. So I called the owner when we saw the seed mat was still down and what his crew had done. He was very apologetic. And sent someone to fix the problem right away. The worker removed only the seed mat on the main lawn but not the side by the garage. So I called again and the side by the garage was done. Once all the seed mat was up we noticed not much grass seed was down certainly not 45 pounds and it didn't look lime any lime or fertilizer was down. I really feel like we were scammed by this company. Taken advantage of. So we put our own grass seed down and hopefully it grows. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

From first contact Joe was a delight to do business with. I obtained 4 bids as I was searching for an installer of an irrigation system for our new home. I made first contact via the phone, and Joe (the owner) was out to visit with me promptly. He was extremely flexible and accommodating and was able to meet me at the new property the next day. The bid process was detailed, and he took the time to explain everything as well as he rationales for his recommendations for our yard. His product knowledge as well as general irrigation knowledge is spot on. He has a dedication to using products that are superior but also take into account water conservation and $ savings. Joe spent a lot of time, and because of his schedule that day, I was even able to have a bid completed before he left. I ultimately selected Joe & Go Green for his professionalism, reputation, and the time he spent going over everything with me. Communication and updates throughout the process were superb. At this time of the season, Go Green was able to start the job within 2 weeks of bid acceptance. The process took a little over two days. His foreman Miguel and his whole crew were polite, and extremely hardworking. The gentleman took the time, cleaned up after themselves, and left the yard in the best condition they could after an invasive install. The installed the Rainbird system, control panel, 6 zones with pressure regulated heads and did a phenomenal job. As long as I am in need irrigation / yard services Go Green has a customer in me and my family. Thanks Joe!

I use a company called Go Green. They are doing there work but I'm not quite happy with the pricing and such.

After several years, I was fed up with the amount of time I had to spend watering my lawn. Each evening or morning I had to set and time sprinklers. Then react to the timer and move them. Besides time-consuming, manual watering is a very wasteful way to water. An example is the landscape in my backyard along 80 feet of the back fence. To cover that manually I had to set and move the sprinkler four times at 20 minutes per set. It took 80 minutes to water that area. Now it is a single 20-minute zone. Not only do I save 60 minutes, but also the controlled spray of the sprinkler heads is probably saving 90% of the water. Joe (the owner) came to my house on a Saturday and walked my entire property. He familiarized himself with the lay of my land and my individual preferences. He made several insightful recommendations, and I accepted all but one. He spent over an hour on this which impressed me. The estimate was under my budget, and I was able to add some feature because of that. Joe and his crew led by Miguel showed up on time. Joe was always there during critical parts of the job. Miguel is knowledgeable, skillful, personable and a natural born leader. His other crew member were outstanding, hard workers. In 3 days, I could finally sit on my couch, watch TV or sleep in bed will watering my lawn. No more lugging hoses and setting up sprinklers for hours each day. After each day and completion of the job, everything was put away and cleaned up. Due to a wedding, we were unable to be there when the last finishing touches were completed. So the next day, when I checked out the system, I noticed the front beds (they were not on a separate zone) were not getting enough water. Remember the one recommendation from Joe, I did not accept? That was putting the front beds on a separate zone. To save money and since the front bed was a long established bed, I decide to let the turf zone do double duty. So the moral of that story, if Joe is suggesting something he is always right. So he corrected that situation for the same price he quoted on the original estimate even though it required another trip out.

First the best. The repairman was courteous, professional and overall, just great. He analyzed the problem, checked the entire system, gave an estimate and made suggestions to make my lawn sprinkler system work like it did when it was new. He was quick and efficient in doing the work. Since my system older we needed to schedule another day to get the right parts. He cleaned up the work site so well you couldn't tell anyone had dug in the yard at all. On return, he fixed the system as agreed and again checked that all valves and spray patterns were functioning correctly. I was happy with everything he did and it was a very fair price. The only negative about this firm is that I called twice and left messages that weren't returned. It could be that they were overloaded with work, the messages got deleted some how or they just need to be careful to answer calls better.

My existing system was a complete water waster. I would run the front lawn zone, only to watch water spray the driveway and street, and observe much water running in the gutter. The head adjustment was OK, but I live on a very windy ridge, and the rotators sprayed grass and everything else! Additionally, I have a shrub zone, on a hill in the backyard, that lacked coverage, and had water running down the mulch, without soaking in. Several other heads were in poor positions. (My builder paid as little as possible installing this system.) After several scheduled, and cancelled appointments, Jerry and a helper came out to fix my system. (Heavy rain seemed to appear on each scheduled day... Mother Nature did not want to cooperate!) The front rotators and the hill pop-ups were replaced with MP rotating nozzles. WOW - these beautiful heads are mesmerizing to watch, and they slowly deliver larger water droplets that ignore the wind. Water can soak in, slowly and without runoff, thereby preventing waste, and saving my dollars! Taller heads replaced short ones. I did need to recalibrate the length of cycle time for these MP's. I placed empty tuna cans at various distances and timed how long it took to collect water 1/2" inside of the can (Most lawns require about 1" per week and the MP waters a rate of .4" per hour) and reset the timer to accommodate. My experience with Go Green was very positive. Jerry was knowledgeable and explained this new product thoroughly. The work was done well and neatly. They even sprinkled a bit of seed on disturbed areas... a nice touch. I gave a B on pricing, because these MP nozzles are very expensive. However, in my case they were the best answer. I does rile me to spend so much on renovating a relatively new system, but it is now what it should have been in the first place. Thank you Go Green!

They were very good. We were very happy with them. I recommended them to two other people and they were both very happy with it. They get around, so far and they're a good company. They did what hey said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they were going to, they were on time and they left the yard in really good shape after they got done. They were very good about explaining to me how to run my timers and stuff. They were her when they said they were going to be here. I got six different people and about half of them didn't show up. Price-wise they were just a little bit higher. I will definitely use them again.

No real issues leading up to the service. Jerry was punctual, friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting that high of a bill though, as I was under the impression the nozzles were $10 a head. There are a couple of nozzles that don't seem to be spinning (I got the spinning low quantity kind) or are spinning very slow. Not sure what would cause that? I likely will have to call them back if it doesn't correct itself. In addition, the jury is still out whether I have complete coverage on the watering, as it's difficult to tell at this point. After a lot of observation, there appears to be a few areas that aren't getting water. If there's an issue, I will amend this review.

Prior to Installation: I contacted several companies for a quote on a sprinkler system installation. Go Green (Joe) was the only one who responded without me having to follow up with calls or e-mails. In fact, Joe responded on Sunday night just a few hours after I sent a request for a quote. We scheduled a meeting during which he looked at the property and explained in detail the proposed layout of the system. During Installation: Joe and his team were on time and worked diligently to install the system. During and after the installation I had a couple of concerns regarding some of the areas not being covered properly ? my concerns were immediately addressed: one sprinkler head was relocated and a couple of additional sprinkler heads added. Once finished, everything was put away and cleaned up! After Installation: After everything was complete, Joe stopped by to explain how to operate the system and went through a range of options that could be set and programmed. He spent a good deal of time explaining everything in detail. The final bill was what we originally agreed on in the contract. I have already run the system multiple times and am very happy with the installation. Great coverage for all my plants ? no more hose dragging through the yard!

It's still winter. They did test it and it'll work fine I'm sure. They winterized it and will come back out at no charge to turn it on.

They did not charge me for this service because it was a repair. The service was good. They are always nice. The workers were fine. They were here when they said that they would be. I have already recommended them to several friends.

The workers were great and they were right on-time. It took them about an hour or two to complete the work. I would tell a friend that they would make a good company if they needed lawn irrigation or if they needed someone to work on their lawn irrigation. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

GoGreens team came in and got straight to work. The trenching for the pipe was done very well. After the job was completed, it was hard find the trench locations. They were out in under 2 days. GoGreen does not require a deposit prior to starting the job, and I was able to inspect the completed job prior to paying them. Even if you miss something, they will come back to ensure it is done right. If you use GoGreen to close your system every year, they will extend the parts warranty for 5 years, and they charge the same as everyone else.
