We were at the KC Home Show and found the company's service a good fit for what we were trying to accomplish. We had the company come out to the house to review our goals and provide a quote. We wanted to refinish and darken our hand railing on our entry stair case. Josiah sold us on the concept and simplicity of the product and we decided to move forward with the service. He came back out to demo the patented stain refinishing on a small portion of our hand railing. We agreed that it was a good fit, and then asked to schedule a time to come back out and finish the work. We had scheduled him for a few weeks later, then he called and canceled due to illness. While this was no problem, we asked to reschedule and from that point forward, we heard nothing further. My wife sent multiple text messages and left many voice messages. He never returned any of her messages. I myself have called him several time to reschedule and to no avail. We even tried to reach out to another representative of the company, and they said they would contact him. To this day, we still have not heard back from him, and unfortunately still have the small demo stain on our hand railing as a constant reminder of this unprofessional service. I'm not one that likes to leave a bad review, and gave this company multiple chances to schedule the work, but I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service aspect and would not recommend engaging this company for services as they have proven to be very unreliable.

They were prompt when they came to give us the estimate. They were prompt and very professional when they came to do the work. They didn't make a mess and were very professional. Project just took one day.
