Description of Work: We had a frozen drain so the tub overflowed. By the time they got here I had it thawed out but they had to come in and verify it for the insurance.

Description of Work: I have used this plumbing service before over the last few years without any problems. However, this time I called and scheduled a service call for 2 days later. No one showed up at the scheduled time. I called the next week and was told that there had been a computer glitch due to a new system. They came out the following day. I was told that I just needed a new drain in my shower, which was leaking into the garage ceiling. I was also told that the drain was a special size and when they located that size I would be notified. 8 weeks later, I still had not heard from them. I then turned to Angie's List and found Morgan-Miller Plumbing who was |highly rated. They were prompt, courteous, and told me that what I needed, was to start with |a restoration company because I had water trapped between my shower pan and floor and mold had formed. They referred me to a restoration service and now I am in the process of having the |shower torn out and the mold removed. Genesis Plumbing has definitely lost a customer in me, and Morgan-Miller Plumbing has gained a satisfied customer.
