 + -1 moreI hate to grind the axe, but unless you are a business account that can/will spend hundreds of dollars a month with them each week because your property is large, do not do any further business with Garden Gates. They are too busy taking care of their commercial accounts and will not devote the time necessary to take care of your home lawn.
Description of Work: I have been a long-time customer of Garden Gates. It is with regret that I write this review. I have used their services for almost 12 years now. They did some landscaping around my house when I moved in, and we have used them to mow the lawn for over a decade. Their service has been usually good. A few problems with disturbing the area between my house and my neighbor's house, which was never resolved. Last year, I asked for Brian to come and give me a bid to have some work done on my house - the bid never showed up. I complained four times with the receptionist. Finally, Brian came out, walked the yard with me and my wife, took notes, and promised AGAIN that he would provide me a bid for work. That was 10 days ago. The bid has not arrived. If you are needing any work done by Garden Gates, be aware that they are TOO BUSY taking care of their comercial properties and have no time for your yard. I regretfully will be severing my business ties with them because they have not responded to my repeated requests for service.

 + -1 moreThe lawn and yard work company is as quick as anybody else in mowing the lawn. The three guys show up, do the job in ten minutes, and are gone. They have taken care of me. They do an okay job, and I don't have too many complaints. The price is a little steep, but it's worth having them come over and do the job. They show up when it's most convenient for their schedule as they don't need any access inside the house.
Description of Work: Garden Gates comes out on a weekly basis and does the yard work that includes mowing. I have been using them for four or five years.
