 + -1 moreJuan was always easy to reach, sent detailed proposals, and kept us up to date on the progress. We live in a different city and we appreciated his willingness to work with us. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Juan helped with a remodel of a very old bathroom. He basically demoed the whole thing, repaired/replaced floor joists and put down a new plywood floor. He coordinated his work with a plumber we had hired. After the plumbing was done, Juan returned promptly and finished the remodel, which included a new floor, setting the vanity, shower walls, stool and many other details.

 + 2 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE. THE QUALITY OF PREPARATION WAS SOLID AND IDENTIFIED PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN DAMAGE AND OFFERED REASONABLE PRICES FOR ADD-ON WORK. PAINTING WAS NEAT AND CLEAN AND EITHER BACK-BRUSHED/ROLLED AFTER SPRAYING. ANY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED/CORRECTED PROMPTLY AND THE CONTACT PERSON WAS READILY AVAILABLE BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. THERE WAS A HANDS-ON APPROACH BY THE CONTRACTOR AND THIS ALLOWED FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. HIS PRICES SEEMED ABOUT THE SAME, PERHAPS A LITTLE LOWER TO OTHER QUALITY EXTERIOR PAINTING BID I RECEIVED.
Description of Work: REPAIRED, POWERWASHED, PREPPED, AND PAINTING OF EXTERIOR SIDING AND TRIM IN THREE COLORS. MISSING SHINGLES AND TRIM REPLACED, STORM WINDOWS REMOVED AND EXISTING WINDOW TRIM REPAIRED, CAULCKED, PRIMED, AND PAINTED. METAL FLASHING USED IN AREAS OF BIRD AND ANIMAL DAMAGE. FRONT PORCH WAS REPAIRED AND PAINTED. THE 4 BR/ 2 STORY HOME WAS OVER 100 YEARS OLD WITH FLAKING PAINT.
