They brought proof of insurance. Came over and made a deal that satisfied both ends. On the day they came to work they perfected my trees!

I needed help - I had a huge Ash tree that was dying, with numerous large dead limbs that needed to be removed. I contacted G & D pursuant to a flyer they had previously left (I save these items in a special file). I called on a Saturday morning, and an hour later, as arranged, met with the manager for a “walk-through” and discussed what was needed, when the work could be done (3 days hence) and the cost of the project. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the manager, and the arrangements and costs proposed. I was even able to add on a few items at nominal cost - a bonus! The crew showed up promptly, as scheduled - (also pleasant and courteous), and the work was done in a professional manner by people who obviously were experts in their field. When the job was finished, I looked at my tree that, in spite of its compromised health, now looked tidy and safe and attractive. This was a good, clean job that was completed quickly and without any hassles. I am delighted with the results. I have nothing but GOOD to say about this company.
