Update: Now giving them 3 stars (would do 3.5 if it were an option) since they finally came out and made it right. I still shouldnâ t have had to fight with them to get the job done right and promises were made by the estimator that caused more issues than weâ re ever necessary (Iâ m told heâ s no longer with them and had no business making those promises). Keeping the original review for otherâ s to reference: Had I not had the time to stand there supervising for 3 days, the job would have been done even worse. The project manager (Rob) was fine with just spraying the house once (leaving patchy/blotchy spot ALL over the front). I had to argue and even get our contract out to get them to roll the paint on like I was guaranteed (and was in the contact). I was also told by the estimator (Kyle) that they would be able to replace specific boards (again, in the contract). Not until said boards weâ re all ripped off the house did anyone tell me that they donâ t make that type of board anymore. They found a work-around that isnâ t too noticeable, but thatâ s not what I signed and put money down for. Now, less then a year and a half later, Iâ m noticing that they never removed the old caulking, just painted over it, so now paint is peeling from the house/windows, right before winter.

This is a full service company. They pre-washed, caulked and filled all the holes. The painting was done in one day. They were on time, professional and did quality work. I also worked with their color specialist who helped me choose colors. Highly recommend.

Five Star is the best around! They turned our old, outdated office building into a bright and lively work environment. The painters are extremely clean and thorough, but also got everything done quickly within our time frame (and budget)! Great communication and awesome people to work with! Highly recommended!

I had this company paint the exterior of my home (including some wood rot repairs) and most of the interior as well. Tim and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Tim did a fantastic job of explaining their process and helping me understand what repairs needed to be done and what kind of paint and finish would work best for my situation. He also set me up with a color consultation to get help choosing colors. Then the crew was GREAT. I can barely believe how quickly they were able to get all this work done, and with such attention to detail, too. Tim walked with me through the house and around the exterior multiple times to make sure nothing was missed. We had some confusion over whether some doors were supposed to be painted, and he made sure that happened as well. The crew was incredibly tidy for the job they have to do, and they cleaned up the couple of spots where I noticed paint drips and moved all the furniture back before leaving. This was an expensive project, which I knew going in, but for the amount and quality of work they provided, I'm completely satisfied.

Project was estimated as requested and in a timely fashion. All of the workmanship was excellent, using quality materials. Great communication and attention to detail. Project was completed ahead of schedule. Result was an excellent finished product.

The project took 2 days longer than quoted. Also, the quality was so poor that I ended up finishing the project myself because I did not trust them to come back into my home. In the end, they ended up breaking my shower curtain rod, my towel racks, and my light switch cover. They left quite a mess too. Over a period of 4 days, there were 7 different people working on my bathroom. Oh yeah, they also painted my bathroom brown instead of the white that I wanted. It was a really bad experience.

Keep an eye on the patching of cracks and surface prep. They left some areas rough and not sanded or filed properly. They did an clean and neat job but failed to patch or smooth a couple of rough areas I requested.
