It told him what I needed on multiple occasions, he presented a bid. Then when he showed up he acted like he didn't realize the total scope of the work, but did half the work I needed and claimed that's all he bid. He's a scam artist. He also was very careful to make sure you didn't discuss money in front of his workers because he over charges you and pays them very little.

He gave me a quote and everything was fine until it was time to do the work. Today is the second day that he hasn't shown up after an agreed upon time, and he didn't even call. I took off work today to get the gutter installed, so I'm really upset.
Description of Work: He was supposed to install gutters for me.
