WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPING ME GET THIS PACKAGE READY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW REASONABLE THE BILL WAS SINCE I WAS SHIPPING 5 OR 6 HEAVY POTS, PANS AND OTHER STUFF. IT ARRIVED IN 2 DAYS IN GREAT SHAPE.
