+ -1 moreGreat. The finished results of the two reupholstered pieces were excellent. They were timely (in fact, the work was completed and pieces were delivered to me way ahead of schedule). Cheri was very courteous and personable - a joy to work with.
Description of Work: Reupholstered two chairs - one was an extremely large rocker recliner which belonged to my late husband. Kids couldn't stand to part with it. We are delighted with the results on both pieces. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Had 6 dining room chairs recovered. Nice work, done on time. First selection of fabric was unavailable (discontinued). Employee appeared to be relatively uninterested in whether or not they were selected for the work. In late 2011 or early 2012, I left a message for them concerning a sofa, and they never responded. I do not remember the cost of the work done, as it was 7 or 8 years ago, but I think I thought it was reasonable. The work was done well, and I know this business has a good reputation for their work.

+ -1 moreTHE TYPE OF FOAM USED IN THE SEAT CUSHIONS OF THE COUCH AND CHAIR WAS NOT WHAT MY WIFE AND I WANTED. NO WORK WAS DONE TO TIGHTEN UP THE SUSPENSION. AS A RESULT WE HAVE A COUCH AND CHAIR THAT LOOK GREAT, BUT SIT HORRIBLY. WE CALLED WITH OUR CONCERNS AND WERE TOLD THAT THE HUSBAND PART OF THE TEAM WOULD COME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND SEE ABOUT THE PROBLEM. HE NEVER CAME. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO.
Description of Work: WE HAD SIX DINING ROOM CHAIRS UPHOLSTERED, AS WELL AS AN ANTIQUE SOFA AND CHAIR.

Description of Work: PUT NEW FABRIC COVER ON CUSTOM TEXAS HOLDEM POKER TABLE. CAME TO HOME TO DISASSEMBLE AND TOOK TABLE TOP TO HIS SHOP ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND RETURNED IT AND REASSEMBLED TABLE THAT MONDAY.
