Extra yard concrete and landscape

We hired Eric L Lee to build us a place for our dogs. He said he needed $17,000 to put up a building on a cement slab with dog runs for our dogs. He purchased the building on line and then had his partner, Steven Wayne Morales, cancel it. Eric kept our money. Two weeks after we hired him he got married. And he told me he spent $17,000 on his wedding. He came out and tore up the ground and laid the foundation and put some gravel down in it. And that was the extent of the job. After paying him, he came up with many excuses as why he could not come out or he would tell us he was doing another job. He has postponed us multiple times in a seven month period. He also hung up on me when I asked him, "What would you do if this was done to you?" His name is Eric L Lee and his partner is Steven Wayne Morales. Eric Lee is slick and witty when it comes to excuses. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody. People beware....I repeat please be aware of Eric Lee and Steven Wayne Morales. They are partners and I know they have taken advantage of me and I would not want them take advantage of anyone else.
