In this day and age, it’s hard to find reliable and good customer service. Steven was prompt in calling after my inquiry and after we scheduled the time to come out and look at our project, he let us know exact time frame when he would be there and even .. to my absolute surprise, got the job done SAME DAY!! Great service and experience

I would say you canâ t go wrong if you hire Steven from Exterior Maintenance KC for any of the work he does. Very easy to talk too and a very friendly honest person. Steven kept me updated as he stained my new Privacy fence, deck around my pool and front porch. He could have easily just lightly stained everything and I wouldnâ t have known the difference but Steven made sure to really put the stain on thick so that it would not only look nice but last much longer than had I tried it myself. I couldnâ t happier with how it all turned out and Iâ m confident that it will look great for years to come. Money well spent!

Absolutely wonderful service! Went above & beyond expectations, and was able to schedule the work within a tight timeframe I had. Service provided was actually deck & patio furniture cleaning - I didnâ t request deck sealing so of course canâ t speak to that. But Steven was very professional, on time, and did the job right

Steven hung our outdoor string lights (bistro style) off our house with peaks approximately 25â tall. He did quality work, was particular to spacing, and patiently pre drilled for each spring loaded hook that was required for the lights. We would definitely use him again for any future projects!
