Friendly, good communications, did a thorough job and power washed a concrete pad and propane tank voluntarily at no extra charge. It was a time consuming drive and therefore his cost of driving was in the charge Iâ m sure. 6 hours of work and 2 hours of driving made it more costly. But he was still competitive in bid and dependable.

Steve sells and does the work himself, resulting in him going the extra mile and taking pride in his work. He has us and our neighbors in shock as to how good our deck looks! It practically makes our 3 year old deck look brand new!

Steven Ray went above and beyond reconditioning our deck. The previous person we hired to stain it did a very inferior job - within a year it was peeling off and looked terrible. Mr. Ray power washed, sanded and filled in nail holes and cracks. Then restrained the deck and it looks wonderful. I do want to reserve judgment on how long it does last as obviously we donâ t know yet.

Steven was easy to work worth, prompt, and thorough. He did a great job pressure washing our house. I did not think it was that dirty but was just keeping up on maintenance. It was wrong however. It made a huge difference and our exterior looks great. He was even able to talk to us about some various other possible projects and gave some great ideas. We will definitely consider for future projects.
