Very quick timeline from estimate to installation. Reasonable prices. Installers were polite and cleaned everything up. The house looks fantastic!

Everything went just as discussed with no delays. The work was excellent and the guys were very nice.

Tim and his crews did a great job and kept my home and yard clean threwout the whole process unlike other contractors I have had worked with in the past. He worked hand and hand with my insurance adjuster and made sure they paid for everything that needed done as they was trying to cut corners and only fix certain things even thought other damage was present. Very thankful for all the effort they put forth to make sure my house was taken care of and making the process easy.

They came out and gave me an estimate. I used them because they had installed my neighbor's siding. The owner Tim was unable to climb a ladder and subcontracted out to another company after telling me he would not. When I pushed him about having my GFC contract to show what all I had done which I paid extra for he had to come back out to install a vent pipe. He did not replace my gutter cover with the same one that had worked so well. He ripped me off on the guttering using cheap material. I expressed my disappointment that he did not replace my gutters with the same original materials. The job took more than twice as long as it should because there were only two workers for a four worker job. He admitted to not having any control over his workers. The subcontractors finally came out weeks after Tim said they would and he was charging me for the labor of a four man crew. The subcontractor gave my husband a hard time for watching them work and trying to learn how the job was done. They were really rude and finally I ended up firing Tim because they wanted to spray paint primer over a surface that was as uneven as stucco when it was a flat interior wall.

Great. Timely and well done. Greatly appreciated. I hope to not have to contact EEC anytime soon unfortunately for them. LOL.

Quality work at a reasonable price.

I called four times and spoke to Tim Blackburn about repairing my roof leak. Tim told me he would send someone out to repair it as it was probably leaking around a vent. The third time I spoke with Tim he said he thought someone had been out the day before and fixed my roof.?? We were here all day, no one was on our roof. Tim then promised me he would send someone out. My roof leaks into my kitchen when it rains really hard, it has not been repaired. Tim has not contacted me stating the work was unable to be done. I will try and find a company that has integrity in the future. S. King RN, BSN, CPAN

Rob came out on quickly and on time to quote the job -very professional and friendly. He was willing to do customization and tell me what was a good value versus not. The work was should have taken 2 days. Lyndon followed up soon after (a few day) with an exact measure -you could tell he was very experienced and explained how the install process would proceed. I also appreciated him telling me the door size I need to buy from the big box retailer for my front door replacement. Hardware for the job would take 1-2 weeks to come in (patio doors took a bit longer). I'd have to say that other window quotes I got had 4-6 weeks for window to be made and delivered. Rita the office manager/schedule was very nice and friendly -she helped schedule the install when the hardware came in and also helped out when any installation variations came up. Trevor was the installer -he was nice and professional. Showed up as expected and was professional in his work (he didn't mind at all I asked all my questions). Patio doors went in first and went well. I was surprised how fast it went but everything worked as expected. This took most of the day so the front door/windows would go in 2nd day. Door/storm door took a bit longer than expected because of sizing variances. Trevor did a great job in addressing small wood rot issues and making changes needed to fit the door properly. Install on the door/storm door looked and worked great but it did take him longer than expected so had to do the windows on a 3rd day. Windows went super fast -did in about 5-6 hours. All of them went in fine and were finished correctly except the fronts (where I had asked wrapping of window edges more than what's typical I was told). Since there was not enough material to supply the wrapping, the install had to be completed on a 4th day. A call to Tim and Rita fixed the disparity and they sent out Bobby to resolve (Trevor had a commitment on another job he had to move on to). I will note that Tim was very quick to respond to this which I appreciated. Bobby showed up early on the 4th day and did an impressive job on doing the final wraps -it only took him a couple of hours. The front windows looked exceptional after he was finished. He also helped fix a past leak issue which involved some additional caulking as well as advised on vinyl siding questions (which I'm planning to do soon). Overall the experience was great -EEC was very flexible to meet my needs on this project. The windows and patio doors was a huge improvement from my old aluminum windows. The front door looks and works awesome. Thanks EEC!

Quick response to my initial request. Showed up promptly, ordered glass to repair broken window and returned to fix it neatly. We are repeat customers and would use again.

Very Well. The service was timely, as promised, and excellent quality. I would highly recommend this company. Even after 1st day, completion not yet finished, our driveway was clean enough of nails, etc, that we were able to safely drive through & park in garage. Second day was bitterly cold, and the guys powered through. Following completion I brought some residual debris stuck on concrete to attention of owner, and the guys came back and power washed both my drive and patio areas. I really couldn't be happier with the courteous service, and attention to detail

It went great. It was done quickly and professionally. They also put up a splash guard that really helped a water problem I was having.

The entire job by all involved was tremendous. Tim, the owner, is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Some communications got muddled but his office staff and installer were able to help out. They are great! I really liked working with Alejandro who does beautiful work and is super nice; a very hard worker.

They repaired 3 leaks, one pretty major, on my cedar shake roof. They also re-roofed a sun porch with cedar shakes.

They said they were very busy but they got me in within a couple of days. The technician showed up On time and climbed up and inspected everything. He took a little longer than I expected to do the work but he did a very thorough job and I would always rather it be done right than fast. The price was a little bit higher than what I had hoped for but the work was done well and I have absolutely no complaints with the quality of materials or work. They matched my existing fascia about as close as you can possibly get. I would have no problem using them again and overall I was satisfied. I have even referred them to two neighbors.

When we removed an old deck we needed to have siding replaced on the back of the house. EEC had done the siding on the house in 2008 and we were really pleased with the work. I called Tim about doing the repair for me. The work was done quickly and is a perfect match. The installer coordinated with the crew laying the new patio and it looks great.

They are very friendly and easy to work with, it is a family-run business which always seems to help things run smoothly. The workers were very professional and cleaned up well.

I had my windows and sliding glass door installed first; it took them 3 days to get them all installed. The started the work on a Tuesday, then on Wednesday they did not show back up at all (which was a little irritating because I had taken off work), then they came back on Thursday to finish up. Oh, and they had to come back one more time to wrap a window that was not wrapped when they installed it. The installers were a little sloppy; some of the blinds did not get put back up and some of the screws for the blinds were missing, so I had to find some new ones to get them hung back up, and some of the caulking was a little messy. All that being said, overall, I was happy with the job that they did. The siding was started shortly after the windows where done, and I was very happy with the job that they did. The siding looks great; I did have one minor problem that they promptly came out and fixed. There was some wood pieces, nails, bits of vinyl left behind, but I did watch them make an effort to clean up as best they could. I did also order shutters that have not yet been delivered (been over one month); but they said that they were special order and might take a while to be delivered. Bottom line, my experience was not perfect, but I am pleased with the end result. I had 3 different companies come out and give me bids, and none of them even came close to the price that Exterior Energy Consultants gave me. One of the other contractors even said that he believed it would be impossible for me to find a quote lower than the one EEC gave me. So, given the price that I paid, I am very happy with the work that was done.

We got several bids, and I am so glad we went with EEC. The house looks great, and the windows are great quality. I would highly recommend them. Great crew worked hard.

I'm kind of particular about my house and they certainly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. I would be happy to recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.
