Tim Blackburn came to my home the day I contacted them. He brought a sample of Simonton window that would be used and explained its benefits. Replaced 18 windows and wrapped the trim boards with aluminum and adjusted back door. Might have been a little bit higher in price but I researched Simonton on the internet and find they we top of the line in all categories. It took about two weeks for the windows to arrive as they are made to order for each window opening. His crew was on time and courteous and worked with very few breaks. It took two days to install the windows and wrap the trim. One screen was damaged and they promised to order replacement which should be no problem. They used drop cloths for when they came inside the house although it was muddy outside, they didn't track anything in. Most of the work was done from the outside so not much interuption to my routine.

Called exterior energy to get estimate on re-wrapping windows, garage door, and removing old metal awnings. Tim was able to give the estimate over the phone and his son came over to show the siding color options. I picked out the color and Tim's company installed the new wrapping and removed the awning's the next day. The job was well done! Thank you.

Tim Blackburn was great to work with, explained all of the work to be done and answered all my questions. The workers were professional and courteous; the work was completed much faster that I expected. I was really please with the outcome, my house looks great! I would highly recommend this company.

They were great and they came out very quickly. Out of the four bids that I received, theirs was the least expensive. I had some concern about that but they got everything done and our house looks a hundred times better now. There were a couple of things that I had issues with but they were very quick to fix them. It was rainy when they came, and I actually called and told them that they didn?t have to come and work when it was raining. I feel they would have worked under any condition. I have referred them to other people.

I have had a very positive experience with them. They were very prompt, and they got the job done in two and a half days. As far as the siding was concerned, it was very good work. They cleaned up after themselves. When we walked around to check things out, we found a couple of little things and they were immediately fixed.

The windows did not look that nice at first, so they did some repair and we are finally satisfied. The gutter is good. The original guy that did the installation was rushed, so another person came to help him. I think they were good. I think the price was good. I think the professionalism would be an A-.

The replacement of the siding went very well and all debris was removed.

That did a very good job. They cleaned up their debris and hauled all the trash away, including the old windows. They converted a double walk out door into two windows. They framed and insulated the opening and added sheet rock and trim to the inside and matching wood siding and trim to the exterior. The total job took 3 full days. Some days they worked in pouring rain.

I solicited quotes from several contractors for this work. Of the quotes I received that included some kind of leaf guard system, Exterior Energy Consultants was the least expensive. The work was done promptly, and the installers were courteous and efficient. There were a few minor workmanship issues, but they were resolved within a few days. Overall, I felt that I received a good value for the money I spent.

This is the third time that this company was selected to provide services to this address. The two prior services were for replacement gutters with metal flashing and for replacement windows. This project was bid and the actual work started on the same day. The work was completed in about a day and a half. The old door (pre-world-war II) and the screen door (late 1980's) and all of the removed wood and plaster were properly taken from the work site. We are really pleased with the quick/accurate work that was done and especially with the appearance of property after the work was completed.

I was and am very happy with the work. The gentleman who did the work was very patient, professional and personable. he windows work great and look great! He took his time and was detailed. It was all done in one day and I didn't have to get up really early in the day for that to happen.

Found this company on Angie's List. I called on Friday, got the estimate on Saturday and work began on Monday. The crew was fast, efficient and polite. Each evening they cleaned up my entire yard and re-stacked their supplies. My foundation plants remained in good shape and they left the place in good shape. The gutter and garage door installers were prompt and the results are great. The siding crew even installed our new back door for us. The only thing we didn't like was the color of a small "deflector" on the roof and they came back and changed it out for a different color. Great job.

This same company had provided new gutters and flashing for this house about a month earlier. Windows were installed two weeks after on-site estimate and measuring. Installer did a quick but complete installation with total clean-up. A substantial amount of remedial repair was required to complete the installation. Owners are very pleased with EEC and will use their services again.

The installation guy was the best. Very courteous and hard working. Hot outside but he never hardly stopped working. Was very considerate of inside and outside of house. Did an excellent job of caulking and sealing. Tim the owner came by to make sure everything was OK. This was a great experience. He even repaired some busted siding from previous job for free.

Owner visited and gave cost estimate. Removal/fascia-install crew showed up three days later and got work completed in less than five hours. Gutter install crew visited four days later and got all gutter/downspout work completed in about same amount of time.

The owner Tim Blackburn) was professional, thorough and came to the house several times to check on the work and make sure that I was happy with everything. The siding workmen were very pleasant and hard working - they asked if I wanted to purchase new outside lighting that they would install them since they removed them for the siding which was very considerate and thoughtful. The men who installed the guttering were professional, thorough and accommodating and made sure that they checked with me before the work was started and after the work was completed that everything was done to my satisfaction. The men who installed the vinyl windows were prompt, hard working and considerate. They took down the window treatments and replaced them (which other companies don't do) and when adding the wood trim they purchased pre painted trim to avoid me having to prim and paint the wood trim immediately since the work was done late January. The owner came by after the work was completed to check in with me and make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend this company.

It went very well. They did a wonderful job on my windows. They come to do the work on time. They have a good product. They also offer a warranty with the windows.

Tim came very quickly and gave the best offer I had received. Mike and Dustin showed up on time, were very professional, and took their time replacing my gutters. The project took almost a day longer than projected, but they didn't rush the job at all.

It could not have gone any better. I call Tuesday for an estimate and they came out that day. They bid less than anyone else and came faster than anyone else. They said they could come Thursday or Friday to install. They came Thursday and finished Thursday! The installers where professional and pleasant. They were very willing to answer questions and explain what they were doing and why. I was very impressed and pleased! I will use them again for other things they do!

Tim came out to give the estimate the same day I called. I'd used his company before and the bid was fair so I arranged for the work without soliciting other bids. His crew of two arrived when scheduled and completed the work in two days, doing an excellent job. I will definitely call Tim again if I need any of the services EEC provides.

I found this company on Angie's List. I phoned them because of their excellent rating. They recommended that I phone our builder since the home was only 2 years old and find out who he used so we get the right fascia. I was thrilled to learn that our builder had also used Exterior Energy Consultants, Inc. They came 2 business days later. The two workmen were extremely pleasant, worked quickly and left the place very clean. They even double checked some of the remaining fascia and made sure it was firmly in place. The best part of the entire experience was the fact that they had a picture of our home in the building phase attached to the invoice. Since I requested keeping the picture, they phoned their office and rec'd permission to give it to us. The office staff also said more pictures would be sent. Three days later, we rec'd several more pictures in the mail! Talk about outstanding customer service!

Tim came out the day after I called for a free estimate. I wasn't sure on steel or vinyl because of seams, the siding was 25 foot seamless pieces so not a big deal. Quoted on a Saturday, started on Monday, done in 10 days. Great experience, great work, and great people to work with. Everything came out better than expected and faster than expected.

Tim Blackburn came out and gave me a good price for the siding (approx. $10,000 under most other bids). The work started 2 days later and took one week to complete. Tim subcontracts the work, but I have been very impressed with how hard the crew worked and the final outcome of my house.

Tim came out with an estimate the day after we called. The workers were here the next week. It took several days in the hottest weather to install the siding. The windows were replaced the following week and the gutters the day after. The conditions outside were brutal but the workers were cordial; working until dark several days until the job was done. We are extremely satisfied with the way the house turned out.

They were very prompt and got everything done quickly and to my satisfaction. I'd recommend them to others and use them again!
