Went as planned. Took old opener away! Seemed to be dedicated and knowledgeable.

Mark- was quick to respond and install the garage doors. He spent additional time to make sure the Job was done right when problems were encountered with my old garage.

Mark did a great job. We had hired him almost 2 years ago to install a new garage door for us, and gave him a call again when both our garage doors became a little squeaky and needed a tune-up. He performed the tune-up ($59) as well as replaced all the pulleys (8 @ $4 each - $32). Total was $98.28 with tax. I'd recommend him to anyone needing garage door services!

I was face-fixed for a high tab after the number I did on our garage door this week. I messaged recs we'd reviewed on a couple sites, and had a reply from Mark through Angie's the following morning. He came out to fix the door by that afternoon at a more than fair price & kindly advised on some other improvements we might want to consider. He totally salvaged what I thought might need to be a replacement. I'll be keeping his info. handy as I really appreciated his responsiveness, ability to fix what was damaged, and all in a professional, approachable manner. Highly recommend!

Mark was great. He was able to do the work the same day and really took pride in his work. I had a broken torsion spring and replaced both the springs per my request. He left my door in better shape than it was prior to the spring break by greasing the opener screw and adjusting my door's movement. His labor cost of $59 for the spring replacement was well worth it for me to not waste a Saturday attempting a self repair. If I ever have any garage door service needs, Mark will be my first call.

Mark was great. He returned my after-hours' call promptly the next morning and was at my house taking care of the broken spring soon after. I was afraid I'd also need to replace the opener (which hadn't worked in a ridiculously long time), but I appreciate that he discovered it was just a stripped gear and had a replacement with him. He also cleaned up some miscellaneous issues with my extremely old door, and he explained what he found and checked with me before doing anything. Very happy with the service and cost. Would highly recommend and use again.

Mark is great. Came out initially to evaluate a broken spring on the garage door. Did not have the spring in his truck so came out again and replaced. $62 dollars for the spring and $59 for the service call. Additionally he noticed my wiring on the garage opener was not done so well and he fixed for free. Great guy and fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Worked on replacing 2 Garage door openers. Economical and fair. Good work. Did not try to sell me anything. Used some parts from my old opener to save money. Told me that there is no need to waste money. Donated my old garage door openers(both working) to him to reward his fair and honest work. Calm and relaxed approach to the work he did.

When a garage door spring breaks, the repair guys have you over a barrel. They know you need a spring, and want to get it repaired as soon as possible. I called several companies from Angie's List, and the prices varied greatly. I decided to go ahead and call Economy Door. The call went to voicemail, and I left a message; Mark was very prompt, and returned my call within 20 minutes of my message. He was very courteous, and able to come out the same day. Since I left the message in the late morning, I was surprised that Mark could service the door that day. He called when he was about 15 minutes away from my house, and arrived on time. The work was performed quickly, well, and he also checked and lubed the other garage door, too. At $85, this was by far the cheapest repair I could find, and our garage door hasn't been this quiet or smooth since we moved in. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Economy Door. He's a great example of what you'd like your emergency repair calls to always be.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. I decided to give him a call after reading all the wonderful reviews on Angie's List and they are so true!! He was punctual, professional, informative, well-priced and, not to mention, a super nice guy! He installed a brand new garage door opener (which I purchased through him and was included in the price), keypad and 2 remotes. He even fixed some wiring and greased some moving parts on our other garage door...for free! Give Mark a call the next time you need your garage door serviced!

Mark was able to show up the same day that I called. He showed up on time and was very professional and thorough.

When the electricity went out at my home, I was unable to get the garage door open with the key that "popped" the spring. I sent Mark an email VERY late at night and he responded a few minutes later asking me to call in the morning to discuss the problem. I called in the morning, described the problem, and Mark said he could come by around 11:00 a.m. that day. When he arrived, Mark identified the source of what was actually several problems. When I tried to pop the spring with the key, it hadn't worked, and that had set in motion a chain reaction with the cables and the door track. Mark figured out that a piece of the door was actually slightly scraping the side of the door frame when it went up and down. He shaved down the frame, got the cables back in place, and reset the door in the tracks on both sides. He worked for nearly an hour and only charged me $69. I'll be calling him in the future if I ever need work on a garage door again.

Both my garage doors were broken. I was bracing my self for a high bill. Mark replaced a cable, tightened the others, reset the box and it only cost $74.00 plus I have a 90 day warranty! He could have easily overcharged me and replaced parts that did not need to be replaced. I am so glad I chose Angie's List and found Economy Door Service!

I called Mark to see about scheduling repairs to my broken (single) garage door. He asked me a few questions over the phone and arrived at my house within an hour with the required parts to complete the repairs. He replaced two bearings, adjusted the spring and lubricated the rollers. The door works better now than it has for years. Mark was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and economical. I recommend him and will absolutely use him if my door ever needs work again.

He returned my call within an hour. I explained what needed to be fixed and he was able to do the job as soon as I got home from work. He mentioned some future repairs and offered to give me half off the next service call if I need the repairs within 60 days. I will definitely be using is services in the future.

It went great! Mark responded to my phone call in a timely manner. We set up a date to have the new opener installed and he arrived on time and went to work quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He re-connected my wired keypad to the other garage door opener, as it would not work with the new one. Would definitely use him again if the need arises!

Mark responded to my initial email request within a few hours asking I call him and letting me know that he was available the next day. We talked and agreed to have him come by the next day. It took him longer to get here than I expected but he was doing other work so I didn't mind. He stayed until the job was completed after 7pm. I like that he immediately said he'd try to fix our old model instead of trying to sell me a new one. He's efficient, polite and reasonably priced.

Mark removed the old, broken garage-opener and then installed the new opener quickly and efficiently. He didn't cart the old opener away but a metal-salvager took it the next day, after I left it at the curb with a note.
