They called within 10 minutes of my post, offered choice of service times, arrived very promptly, explained the usual, more expensive way of fixing the problem and an alternate less expensive method that could work and left the choice to us.

They were very quick to respond to my request and got me in the next day. Great customer service, walked me through the issue with our washer and thankfully an easy fix (shirt stuck behind washer drum). Would definitely recommend and call back for any future appliance issues.
