+ 0 moreMr. Ross promptly accepted my urgent request from a late night call, came early in the day, worked efficiently, covered his dirty feet to walk through my house and cleaned up the mess left behind from the clogged drain. His fee is very reasonable for the work done. Highly recommended!

+ -1 moreWe contacted John McCleland of Drains & Thangs when our main line backed up. We have had this problem before and it has usually cost us around $120 to $180 to have the main line snaked out. We called D&T to see what they would charge and we were told $89.50. Great price! We called about 11:00 am and John said he would be there by 4:00. We said ok. However, we have house guests and as the morning wore on it became obvious we needed more immediate attention. We called John back and asked if there was anyway he could come sooner, and he said he would be right there. He arrived 20 minutes later. Great customer service! He snaked out the line and got us back in business in about 30 minutes and charged us what he said he would charge us, and gave us a 30-day guarantee. We're very happy with Drains & Thangs and recommend them to other Angie's List subscribers in the Kansas City area.
