Honest, ethical and informative. Typically as a female home owner you tend to get taken advantage of. This company was amazing. My neighbor had used them to remove black mold from her home (inside and out) and sang their praises. A year later she has not had mold issues since. So I did my homework and called. Bryan did a visual inspection of the outside house where the problem was. No visible mold He then inspected the rest of my house top to bottom and per my request (I have senior dogs and wanted to be safe/sure) brought in his trusty dog to sniff out any mold. Other competitors had wanted to do an air test inside and out ($400) to detect mold. Bryan explained that EPA does not recommend that for various reasons as depending on the season, weather etc, you can get false positives/negatives. At the end, the only mold we found was in a small area of the basement behind the installation which was less then 10k square feet. He was so honest, he told me how to remediate that myself. Didn't charge a dime and he educated me on a lot including next steps (what's necessary, what's not) for troubleshooting, stucco/window evaluations etc. I will be recommending this company to everyone. Give them a shot.
