+ 1 moreWe were surprised that Joel got stains out that no one else could. He took the time to do it right. He didn't run in and run out just running a wand over the carpet. Love that there was care taken. An explanation was given on what he was going to do and how it would work. He used an apple scent that was pleasant. Our ducts were cleaned and sanitized. Amazing job. Thank you
