DEATH TO DIRT

The previous comments made say it better than I could. Unfortunately being from Missouri I had to see for myself, my mistake. To sum it up short and sweet I have a black cat and after 2 cleanings I still had black cat hair on my cream colored carpeting under my couch and foot stool.

She is a cheerful person, smiling and friendly. She does understand this is an "employee/employer" business relationship, although she tries to convert it into a more "let's be friends" type of environment. I was not physically able to "white-glove" anything or lift or move furniture to check on what she told me she did, but my family did. We were all startled to find that not much of anything was done in the four hours she worked AND got paid for. This was her 2nd time in my home for four hours, and yet there was top dust everywhere and under the bed where a simple dust mop over the hardwood floor would have taken care of the problem.

Contacting her and setting up an appointment was easy. Though she carries a very hectic schedule, she made time for us within the next few weeks. Though she expected to spend 4hrs on the house, she stayed until the job was done which took an extra 1.5hrs. She is very thorough with her work and concerned with your impression of her having completed things EXACTLY the way YOU want them! Mary is also the most delightful lady you can ever meet. As much work as we had for her, she still left beaming with a smile and vows to return if we request her.

It was well worth the money. Her rates are comparable to most local cleaners, and the job she does is far superior.
