Description of Work: Cristino responded immediately. We were looking to have our kitchen repaired in 2 areas and refinished. Came that evening for the estimate and offered to start the next day. Of three bids his was the lowest. He fit us into his schedule even though it meant staying until 10Pm the first night. He was very nice and I felt comfortable with him in the home. Because of a spanish accent it was difficult to understand him on the phone sometimes. I felt it easier to communicate via text messaging.

 + -1 moreTino was responsive to the initial call and kept in touch to find out when my project was ready for the installation. My floor was uneven and he took the time to show me why and took the time to do it correctly. He did a beautiful job on the installation and finish. His price was the best i found and he stay exact with the quoted price.
Description of Work: Prompt, professional and took extra measures to make sure the final product was beautiful! Would definately recommend this service and use it again.

 + 0 moreI bought a house and when we tore up the carpet we found nice old hardwood floors that had, unfortunately, been ruined by hundreds of nails being driven into them. They couldn't be sanded or refinished the way they were. I got a quote from one guy of around $5000 to fix them up. I was ready to get new wall-to wall carpet and leave it at that. Then my real estate agent recommended Tino. He and his guys came around, pounded the nails deep enough into the floor so that he could use the sander (this was a huge job- these floors are REALLY hard) and filled the holes with wood filler (a couple of coats) and then sanded and finished the floors. They came out great. I still can't believe how nice they look. And I'm so glad I didn't go with the carpet.
