Description of Work: We purchased and closed on two single-family homes for investment properties - both on the same day. Shelly, our realtor, was fantastic in listening to / understanding our needs/desires, making us aware of important things to know about the areas and homes we were focusing on, being on top of every new potential property, moving quickly and with real urgency, and just serving us in any/every way possible. She was a fantastic advocate for us in negotiating with the sellers...she could not have been better for us. I highly recommend for anyone wanting an outstanding realtor.
