+ -1 moreAfter spending close to $5000 on roofing materials, I asked the salesman (Brent E) to simply send me a receipt after paying via credit card over the phone. He not only failed to provide the receipt after politely asking three times, including copies to the manager, he totally ignored me once they had my money.
