Curtis Lawn Sprinklers

Curtis Lawn Sprinklers installed our lawn sprinkler system last year. This year we had one zone stop working. Called the company and they sent their repair guy out. He found a lose wire and reconnected it. This appeared to fix the problem; however, the same zone quit working shortly thereafter. After another call the owner came out and found that a solenoid was burned out. Curtis replaced the solenoid and the system has worked since then.

Curtis and his crew installed my sprinkler system 2 years ago. I have only had some minor issues, and Curtis has been responsive and very willing to come out and address any concerns I have in a prompt manor. Some other places took weeks to get back to me on quotes and other services I have used take weeks to get anything resolved. Curtis came out today and helped with a line being uprooted and was professional and very friendly to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone out there.

Work was done on time, needed them to come back out and take care of an issue, no return calls. Instal of the sprinkler system is poor quality, sprinkler pipe coming out of the ground.

Curtis installed our irrigation system following the purchase of our house in the summer of 2020. Within the last year, we've spent thousands of dollars on repairs and bringing the system up to Blue Springs City Code. Simply put, Curtis cut many corners in installing our irrigation system that were only revealed long after the installation was complete. He failed to install a back flow system. He used "shark bites" to connect the system to the water main which caused an extensive and costly leak. Most recently, it was discovered that the type of wire he used to connect the system and the depth at which he buried the wire were far below industry standards. The shallow depth at which he buried most of the wire caused the wire to be severed in a handful of places when our yard was professionally aerated for the first time this past fall. When I reached out to Curtis about these concerns multiple times, he did not respond whatsoever. In sum, because of Curtis's shoddy and unprofessional work on our irrigation system, we've been forced to expend a lot of time and money just to make our irrigation system functional. I would strongly recommend anyone considering utilizing Curtis' services to select a different company to install your irrigation system you can trust to have integrity and not cut corners.

Incredible job on our acre+ yard...worked incredibly hard to complete the job in a timely manner - even came back after I accidentally cut the line with a shovel while planting a tree and completed the repair while showing me how to repair it in the future if it should ever happen again. Very responsive and great to work with...good people and hard workers all around! Great team!

I really wanted to write a positive review, but I can't. Can they do the job, yes. The communication is bad between sales and installation. Didn't get everything that was agreed to in the bid, which we discussed, and they did lower the price. However, I had some final items that needed follow-up, and it's been two weeks and no three no-shows.

The work was performed as promised. The system works good. Theyâ re responsive to any questions I have. Curtis and his team are very nice.
