They are just wonderful! I had a possum that decided to take up residence under my family room of my house - it decided that the enclosed and insulated area was perfect for him to live in. The employee set a trap that caught the possum and also set up some wire made to keep the possums from getting back in. I'm very pleased with this companies services and will continue to use them.

He is very personable and knowledgeable. He gives good advice and does a great job. His prices are fair and he does not charge me if there is nothing in the traps. I will continue to use him in the future.

They are very responsible. They are really great, but they are too expensive. We would not use them again because of the expense. We have to pay several hundred dollars upfront just to sign up with them.

Great. No more bats & the ground squirrel will soon be gone. Kevin also considers dogs when pitying out traps or bait and he handled the critters humanely. He's a great representative of this company.

Great. These guys know what they are doing. I've had them out 2 years in a row to catch squirrels. It's funny that the repair I chose not to do last year was the area they got in this year. All repairs from last year held.

They were able to come within 2 days of my call. Their technician inspected my yard, home and garage. There were no indications that any had entered my home. He sealed possible entry points. My foundation is new so my possible entry points were limited to places where cables and hoses entered my home. He sealed these with a clear liquid substance that dried to a pliable rubber type substance. He also recommended that I replace my dryer vent cover as it was disintegrating. He replaced it with a cover that doubled as a bird/rodent guard. For the outside, he found 3 holes. These were baited. He recommended 2 permanent bait stations that are T-staked to the ground so no larger animals will carry them off. He informed me there was no secondary poisoning with the bait they used. Because these stations are placed near structures and have a small opening, the only animals that will enter it are rats, mice and chipmunks. He suggested a reoccuring bait program where they automatically come every 3 months and check the stations. If they have to replace the bait in a station, it costs $25. I have been unable to completely control the problem. I believe this is because my neighbor behind me has a large barn in his backyard and although he has known for years there is a problem, he does very little to stop it. I asked Critter Control to come back and place another bait station near my garage in the hopes this would create a barrier between my yard and his. The problem is much better. My only complaint is that they usually do not make it every three months to check the stations. It is usually every 4 months.

After days of attempting to get rid of a family of raccoons in our chimney, we reached our wit's end when one of the babies fell from the flue into our actual fireplace. We called critter control and they came the next day. Sean arrived exactly on time. He saw the baby and said he could trap it and remove it. We were eager to that since we had hired a previous animal removal contractor a few days earlier who simply told us we had raccoons, but refused to do anything to remove them from the premises. He was very sweet and explained that if we wanted a "humane removal", we would have to figure out how to transport the animal to a rehabilitation facility. He explained that unfortunately, such facilities will not accept animals from animal removal contractors. He stated, otherwise he would "dispose of the animal". While the idea was disturbing, he was very tactful and kind about it. He then proceeded to do a very thorough exam of our property and explained areas that had evidence of animal damage (ie. woodpecker holes in our siding) and potential sources in the future (ie. vents in the roof that were large enough for animals to enter). He also dusted our chimney for fleas and explained honestly the utility (or lack of utility) about cleaning the chimney afterwards. Overall, he was very professional. We had a pretty substantial bill to pay when all was said and done, but it was totally worth it for the peace of mind and professionalism we had.

They were able to take care of the problem and I have not had any issues since then. I give them high ratings on all counts and would use them again if needed.

An appointment was made over the phone on a Thursday for a Tuesday p.m. time. Todd arrived at the scheduled time and was very fast, friendly and efficient. Work was completed in about 75 minutes.

They are the only people in my area who kill moles. I don't have any complaints about their services. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. They set the traps well and we got about a sixty percent hit rate which is all you can really expect. Moles are tough little boogers to kill. Their services have seemed to do the trick. They charge one flat fee to show up and then a fee for each mole they kill.

In February 2009, I began hearing animals frolicking in my attic. Thinking that they were squirrels, I set up a humane, nonlethal trap in my attic; however, that did not solve the problem. Critter Control correctly diagnosed the problem as a raccoon problem, detected where the raccoons were entering, and set up a humane nonlethal trap to catch the raccoons. On three separate mornings, I came out and saw that a raccoon was in the trap. Kevin, the technician, came out quickly each time and removed the animal to a location many miles away so that he or she could not return. Unfortunately, two more raccoons were "trap shy" and would not enter the traps. Therefore, a lethal trap had to be set up to catch them. I love all creatures, and I was very pleased that Critter Control made every effort to catch the animals alive and release them before lethal means were employed. Although it broke my heart to have to resort to lethal means, the lethal traps used by Critter Control put the animals to death in less than a minute, thereby minimizing their suffering as much as possible. Although it cost me quite a bit of money to solve this infestation problem, I believe that Critter Control's prices are reasonable. I simply had an unusually large number of animals to remove.

It's worked out well. They're great. I've never had any problems with them at all in five years. I just call them and they come over and leave an invoice. I never see them, I just call on the phone. I think when I first went with them it was because I believe he's degreed in wildlife biology and I always felt that he had a little more education and understood wildlife and what would be appropriate. I liked that he had education and experience in wildlife management.

We've used them 3 times. We have a 100 year old house, and mice have a tendency to make their way in. One time, we had a squirrel that had somehow gotten into the crawlspace. They were able to put a trap next to the hole where he was getting in, and sealed the hole up. It was astonishing to me.

I had noise and evidence of an animal in my basement. I called Critter Control and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. Dallas was early for the appointment and confirmed that I probably had an opossum; he took off several boards from my deck to find a hole in a rotted board where the opossum probably entered. He sealed the hole and set traps in the basement; the initial traps failed to catch the critter but the second set (larger, and with additional bait) trapped a small opossum which his colleague promptly picked up the next morning (a Saturday). I was pleased with the enthusiasm and thoroughness in finding the problem; when the initial traps failed Dallas promptly returned with new traps and the opossum was trapped that night. I felt their charges were very reasonable for the work they did.

Really, I'm normally pretty level-headed, but when you hear a critter dancing around above your head, it just does something to a person's nerves. Jeff and his crew were not just good at the technical part of their work, but they were also very understanding, communicated clearly and always returned calls, made lots of house calls to check the live trap, and were just darned nice to deal with. And now Fluffy has gone to a better place and I can get some sleep.
