Caught two moles. Price was reasonable. Had to set up traps on two separate occasions during the year contract.

Technician Ethan Adams did a great job. Thorough inspection of my attic and outside of home to determine extent of problem. Gave a detailed assessment and estimate of work to be done. A trap needed to be set and reset 3 more times to clear the animals entering or leaving. The company was always responsive to come out quickly to service trap and reset. Professional and easy to work with.

Couldn't find a source inside or outside. But laid numerous traps and showed us how to rebait and reset them. Explained future methods the company could use if the traps didn't work. Have trapped a couple of mice since but no sign for a couple months.

I got what I expected, and I admit I didn't really shop around, so I don't know if the price was fair, but it seemed high for me (even with an Angie's List coupon). I just needed the squirrels gone and Critter Control was very responsive and successful at trapping them. I was a little sad that the squirrels had to die, and one of them hung from my gutter for a couple of days which disturbed my daughter a bit, but it was necessary to keep them from destroying my house. I may have them come back out to repair my chimney caps to prevent bats from entering my home again (I caught and released the last one, but my cat caught one before that, unfortunately).

I had two squirrels living in my attic. They set up a barrier with a trap on it to where I thought they were coming in to trap them, and they seemed to go away for awhile but we didn't catch them - spent $170 for that. I heard them again and they came out to set another trap in a different location (spent $160 for that) and managed to catch them both (one at a time after resetting it). My only complaint was the second squirrel was killed while I was at work and was dangling from the front porch eaves where my daughter came across it after work. It was very disturbing to her so I texted immediately to have them come remove it. They said they would be there the next day, but forgot. I think it was another day after that before they came back. They did apologize, but it was rather troubling to have a dead squirrel dangling from my roof for three days. I always feel like things are overpriced when it's something I could really do myself (I thought they would offer more value like looking around for other places that might need to be addressed -- I had to point out all the places to look at). Bottom line the squirrels are gone and none have been back since, so that is good.

They did a good job. It turned out well and they took care of the problem. The one worker did a fine job.

They were here October of 2015. It cost $800.

They charge $69 for every gopher that they remove and another $369 for setting up traps. They caught two in my yard which I believe is all I had. I haven't had any visible problems since they have come out. The only concern was the pricing; I found it be a little steep. Had the $369 encompassed everything, I would have been satisfied with price. Overall, they good the job done and did a good job.

We called them due to some noises in attic and signs that birds or bats were entering through the soffits. Inspector came early, inspected attic and repaired missing flashing in the area of concern. He was very knowledgeable and professional and worked quickly and efficiently.

These guys are great! They had to come over on the weekend to remove a live squirrel from the trap - no extra charge for the weekend and they were here quickly! We waited about 1.5 weeks before having the seal the hole the squirrels had been coming in through and they came by to seal it up on the same day I called them. JEFF IS THE BEST!

They were good. I didn’t end up using them or anything and I just got the analysis. The price depended on how many animals they caught.

If A+ was an option, Todd and Critter Control would get it. I called them at 8.00a on Thursday and made an appointment for that very day at 3.00p and Todd was even early. He was very professional and extremely patient as I was trying to multitask with several service providers at once. He clearly explained the process and the prices. Twenty-eight hours later, Ranger Rick was caught and there are no more 4.00a wake-up calls as he cones scurrying back "home" into the crawl space.

My daughter used them also with bats. The person that came seemed so knowledgeable. I had a bat in my house, and he was able to come and inspect and humanely remove them. He was so knowledgeable about the whole thing too. He also gave me a bid for inside my house if I had pigeons too. I haven't had him come back out, but I plan on it. The price seemed reasonable at the time.

They were very punctual and were very clear on what the problem was (I had mice in my attic), what he would have to do and how many time he would have to come back. He was very clear on the price and gave me options for preventative measures but I felt no pressure to upgrade the service. Then I found out they do insulation too. That this type of insulation is EPA approved and has a chemical embedded in it that would reduce the number of pests in the future I was surprised. Then when I found out that this was cheaper than the bid I had had done over a year ago I jumped at it. They did a wonderful job with the insulation and even added more to even out what should have been there. I was so very pleased with their work, the product and the service. They were friendly but professional... If I ever have a problem again I will be calling them. They have a customer for life.

After a request for help form Critter Control, a trained technician came to our home the next day at the time arranged. The technician was very friendly, professional and courteous.. He seemed very knowledgeable about woodpecker behavior. He explained that woodpeckers are territorial and are pecking on our home to let other woodpeckers know this is his territory. He is not pecking to obtain insects, but for the sound which also reverberates off the home next door. We agreed to have the holes on the side of our home plugged with caulking approximately the same color as our paint. A painted wooded decoy woodpecker was placed on the side of our home. We also had reflective strips of tape which we had already purchased attached to the same area. The work came with a 2 year guarantee. Success so far! No woodpeckers!

After three starlings made it into our basement in the span of four days it became apparent they were entering through the downstairs fireplace. I had used Critter Control in the past to install a chimney cap. When I called, they were prompt in investigating the source. The technician sent a photograph of the problem. That same day I was quoted a price and arrangements were made to block off the furnace flue with a sturdier barrier. The job was completed within one day. The owner and technician are some of the most polite people I have ever done business with. I highly recommend this company for service and quality materials. The price may be higher than it needs be, but you definitely get what you pay for with this company.

The prices are reasonable. The gentleman that has helped me has been very courteous. He has been punctual and professional. He knows his stuff.

Had a family of raccoons living under our sunroom. They set traps, caught them and relocated the raccoons. They also caught a skunk and took him away. They were always punctual, called each morning to see if there was anything in the trap and came within a couple of hours if there was an animal in a trap. After the raccoons were gone, he fixed the place where they were going under the sunroom so no animals could get under there again. We were extremely pleased with their services.

The individual they sent (Casey, I think) made me feel at ease and was very punctual and respectful. He even wired my flu shut because I was headed out of town and worried the raccoon would find a way in. He used a product called eviction paste because my pending trip made trapping the animal an unwise strategy. He was great and I never saw the raccoon again.

Good! They got the squirrels out of our walls. They communicated well and they totally explained what was happening pretty thoroughly and how they got in, and when the squirrels were caught they patched up the holes where they found them. They set up an initial price for setting up and inspection for the traps and each time they caught the animal it would be an additional fee for removing that animal. So it might have been $70 per time and I thought that was fine because they had to drag out and dispose off the animal.
