I had someone else come and give me a bid, before I called CPR. That company said they would need to cut a hole in my wall to fix the leak. And, they were going to charge me almost twice as much. So, I trust CPR to be fair and get the work done in a timely manner.

They were great to deal with and quick for a saturday.I would reccomend them to anyone

Mr. Busby was courteous, professional and reliable. He responded to my emergency call (water pipe had come loose). Service was restored within 2hours of the time my tenant called me and I live out of state! His quick response made me look good in my tenant's eyes and helped me demonstrate that I am a responsible landlord. I appreciate it and I know my tenant appreciated it. There were some things that ended up making it take longer than expected, but the gentleman didn't rush. He was a perfectionist and made sure everything was finished the way it should be. He was very friendly answered all questions openly and honestly. Would highly recommend in the future.

He had to come back to my house twice after he had finished the job to fix gas leaks. He fixed the first gas leak a day later. I had to wait a couple days before he could come out and fix the second leak.

Matthew was curteous and professional. He did a great job on repairing my fence. I will seek his services on future home repair projects.

I had a seemingly simple repair that ended up being more than I could do. Matt and Bryce helped me out and I am very pleased. I just looked closer at their profile and there could be other projects I'd contact them for a quote on. Update: 12/28/10 1 month 15 days after the repair. It is broken. Waiting on his call to fix issue. $90 for 6 week fix on a faucet handle? Had to call someone else and pay for the same repair again.

Prompt callbacks. Always polite. At my request, the bid was submitted with different options/prices. After I chose options, I was shown pictures to confirm what I wanted. The work was scheduled and completed in a very timely fashion. No mess was left behind and none of the little details were missed. Definitely will call them when I need further work done.
