Matt and his associate called within minutes of my submission and were able to schedule me the next day. They diagnosed the problem to be my disposal and went to pick up a new one for me and installed it all in the same day. They were courteous and reasonably priced. I would hire them again.

Very good experience. I chose this company from the three who called because of the very professional and courteous manner of Matt Busby. One bid was higher and one lower, but he gave me a feeling of confidence in how he would do the work. He was very prompt and gave a courtesy call when he was slightly delayed because of having to go to a second supplier. The installation was smooth and efficient. No hidden charges. Very pleased.

Very honest, punctual, and provided a good value. When a decorative part that was needed for an old faucet was not available locally, they physically made the effort to check several places, not charging me fully for the time they spent in doing this. Although the part was not available, they provided me with recommendations as to where to get it so that they would not have to charge me for something that the average homeowner could easily repair. In the meantime, they did provide quick and effective repairs for the problems for which I had hired them to fix.

Matt Busby was very courteous to me. He did run a little late -- which I totally understand because of the nature of his work. He fixed my leaking toilet and replaced the faucet I had already purchased for my kitchen. (I did ask him to do one other repair that wasn't on my originial estimate. Turned out I had purchased the wrong part, but he told me specifically what to purchase and how to finish the job myself -- and he also offered to come back and finish the job at a lower hourly rate.)
