They originally were going to do it in two separate stages, but the owner came out personally with his crew and knocked out the job within a few hours!!! They were professional and friendly. I will hire them again should the need arise!

OUTSTANDING!!! Needed to fence in the back yard. The Coop Fencing team did so in a timely and affordable manner. The whole crew was friendly and professional. One of the gates needed a minor adjustment after installation was complete and the crew had left, but they were back out the next day with a solution. HIGHLY recommend Coop Fencing and Construction.

We requested an estimate and Sean arrived to do it within a reasonable number of days. We described the work to be done and specified that the concrete in the post holes had to come up to the soil surface because the area tends to be wet. Sean said they usually put soil over the concrete so that grass can grow near the posts, but noted our request. There was a scheduling delay due to weather, and then one day we came home from shopping to find the crew well along with the job. They removed the old fence, re-used 4 existing posts, and set 3 new posts. We thought it looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I was clearing off old vegetation from the garden near the fence, I found 3 piles of debris in the garden from the excavation of the post holes. I also noted that the new concrete had been covered by 7 or 8 inches of soil. It took several e-mails and phone calls, but we did get the crew to return in a few days to add concrete to the top of the post holes and to remove the concrete chunks and clay subsoil I had picked up from the garden. They were apologetic, and the fence looks good.

Co-op fence did a great job. The estimate by Sean was timely. The crew started work promptly and finished quickly. Property was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and will consider for other projects.

It was a very cold day. Some of their equipment was not working so they had to do work arounds. I discovered they had only used one screw per picket - had not seen that before - called and they got a little testy with me -- said one screw holds better than two nails. I have an issue with the smaller gate - have tried to call but their phone is no longer taking messages and they have not responded to my email so far.

Everything went great. The fence looks great. On neighbor ask for a referral, so I gave them one of the Business cards left with me.

They did the work as promised and as scheduled. It was a small job but that did not matter; they still provided good service.

It was great! They showed up and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would hire them again. Super smooth process.

Fast and friendly, did a great job tearing out old fence and hauling off and getting the new one up in a timely manner.

So far they have been fantastic. They came out the same day I contacted them for a quote. And quoted me about 1000 lower than all my other quotes. They came in and installed the posts in 1 day and are coming back on Monday to complete the job. Quick and professional. Would totally recommend them to anyone.
