Eddy and his crew were professional and did great work. He communicated details about the project and timing very well, so I was always informed of the project status. No complaints.

Prep work, forming and concrete pouring all was done in a quality manner. The crew worked hard and cleaned up the area when done. Their price was very competitive with other bids we received.

Poured a 6ft X 8ft thick concrete pad with rounded corners, stamped and sealed. He was on top of all of the schedules and always on time. The workers were careful around my plants and cleaned up the area every time they were here working. Great communication via text and cell. Very reasonable on the cost. Anxious to get my grill and work table on the super steady and fire proof concrete pad.

I highly recommend Concrete Genie! The owner, Eddie, is very good about giving a quick response. I found him on Angie's List. I put in a request for a bid on a new concrete patio late one night and Eddie gave me a call first thing in the morning to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. Most concrete companies I would try to get a hold of never would get back to me. I was given a written estimate the same day he came out. He was very thorough and explained everything. He said he could start working on it in two to three weeks. I was shocked when he came out a week after I signed the contract with him to start working on the patio. It took them about a day in a half to get it ready to pour the concrete and poured the concrete that evening after the prep work was done even when the temperature was 100 degrees. Eddie then came out a week later to seal the patio. Very impressed with Eddie and his crew! We were going to put in a new deck, but are very happy we decided to put in a patio instead. We love our new patio!

Eddie of Concrete Genie quickly assessed the problem and a solution, then provided a written estimate. The price was very reasonable. They did an excellent job of restoring the monument to its upright position. It looks great and we are very pleased.

I had Concrete Genie do my patio repairs and did an amazing job I had him give me a bid for my driveway and again was very professional and very quick at a response. He gave us a bid and the start and completion time frame. We were very pleased with the previous work we had received that making this decision was extremely easy. We accepted his bid and he started the job and completed it in the time frame. Asking him to do it in winter is very challenging but had some warm days and he was able to make it look awesome. My husband and I could not be happier.

Concrete Genie did a great job completing some of the repair work we'd needed; and got it done both on time and within budget! Would highly recommend them to others!

Went great. He showed up on time and gave bid in full detail of what was to be done. Answered all question asked without hesitation and told us exactly when he would start and when the job would be completed. We had other bids that were around the same cost or lower but Concrete Genies professionalisms stood out to us and how honest and up front he was made them the ideal choice for the job. We were not disappointed in our decision. Everything was exactly how we wanted it and done on time. I would definitely hire again.

Update: 12/02/2020 -All I can say is "WOW!". I am posting a link to the Better Business Bureau's website that contains a complaint against Mission Hills Tree & Maintenance dated 7/20/2019. If you check out teh contact information for this company, you'll find that this is the same provider who now goes by "Concrete Genie". Same name and same phone number, only the company name has changed. I'll let you read the details and you can decide for yourself as to the character and and credibility of this provider. We had a contract to cut and remove trees, remove existing grass, and cut and remove shrubs around the house. They cut and removed tree and grass but mounded everything up in a pile in the front and back yards. Part of the contract was to hall all the material out. In good faith, I paid 3/4 of the contract value because I was under the impression this company was going to complete their scope. After payment, owner of the company said their was personal issues and quit. I was left with headaches and it will end up costing me more than original value of contract to have piles of yard waste removed. In addition, they damaged new wooden fence with the promise to repair and ripped up garage power. Before work began, they were given the location of garage power, spray painted ground and shown location. Fence was never fixed and garage power was never restored. Argued and was promised return for the completion of scope and repairs, but was only given empty promises. I would not recommend using this company. They do poor work, do not own up to their mistakes, and are thieves.] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10/09/2020 This guy is a fraud. Good job! Did have to come back to grind an area missed but it was a gigantic Oak stump and the area was easily overlooked! They came back out to fix in short order!
