Price was comparable to other places, and I was able to have it financed for 0% for 18 months. They were always punctual and professional which is something I can't say for some of the other companies. I had one company not show both times I scheduled for an estimate! They had initially forgotten to post my Angie's list coupon to the bill so they said they would reimburse me by check. I honestly figured the money would just be gone at that point, however within a week I actually got a check in the mail! A very honest company, and the work was quality. They explained in detail the work that would be done and provided samples of the material (the only company to provide a folder of information as well). We just had some heavy heavy rains and I have not heard any complaints from the renters about leaks or damage. Thank you!!!

Very professional and come across a lot of areas that other roofing companies did not notice or tell me about. Very knowledgable about their business and produce they use. Cleaned up everything neatly and tried to get as many nails as possible, but some did get missed here and there but no big deal because its bound to happen. Would highly recommend their services.

They were on time and did a great job. Retuned all phones same day and showed up when they said they would

good, except for some unprofesional behavior by guttering crew.

Work was completed in 1-1/2 days with a GREAT crew of 8. Cleanup wasn't perfect but pretty dang good considering the mess tearing off the roof. Didn't find anything but small stuff.

Everything was excellent. They're great people. The cleanup was great, I didn't find more than a nail or two or scrap of old roofing.

Great overall experience with Christian Brothers Roofing. Kevin Horstmann was very professional, explained the entire process and products very thoroughly. Roofing crew and gutter crew were very punctual and did a great job with install and clean-up. I would definitely use their services again.

The work went well and it only took 1 1/2 days to install and clean up. The roof looks very good and the timing and coordination of all work went exceptionally well. I might also add that mine was a very large roof requiring over 49 squares of new GAF Timberline roofing. This is for a house with 2500 sq ft on the ground floor, a large foot print.

Christian Brothers came out to provide a free inspection following a hail storm. They fixed a cracked vent pipe on the spot to prevent water from entering immediately after the storm. This then allowed us to wait until Spring to have the roof/gutters replaced. They met with the adjuster from our insurance company and everything went smoothly from that point of view. They worked with us to provide a better roof and related materials than we had previously, all within the money provided from the insurance company. When the weather got warmer, they followed up with us to schedule an appointment as promised. The work was done professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. They cleaned up all materials and nails from the yard and driveway. The gutters were all replaced the following week, also with better materials than we had previously. The color match was excellent to match the house trim. Christian Brothers and specifically Ryan were a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. Ryan was on top of every aspect of the process from the first time I met with him to the cleanup and inspection. He sent me pictures during the process and kept my wife and I in the loop very step of the way.

They came right out and fixed the problem. They didn't charge me because it was very simple. They were very courteous. Very Christian. It's in their name, it's who they are. Perfect. The leak stopped. Done quickly,

Ryan at Christian Brothers was fantastic to work with. He gave the most informative bid with pictures and information. We felt strongly that they were the best company to go with for quality work. Before they began, he recommended we have our chimneys checked as there were areas that looked unstable. We ended up needing the rebuild parts of both chimneys. Ryan was very patient and worked with us on timing as the chimneys needed to get done first. They checked our gutters after roofing and found that some of the chimney material had clogged one downspout. The two companies worked together and Christian Brothers cleaned out the material for the chimney company. Christian Brothers cleaned up all of their material and did a great job on our roof. We would definitely recommend hiring them.

They are excellent. I would probably use them again.

Christian Brothers Roofing refused to explain how and when the services referenced in an invoice had been performed, threatened to just send the matter to collections rather than allow us to speak with the folks who allegedly performed the services, and stated that our calls would no longer be accepted.

They were really good to come out on time and were really honest. They didn't charge me for anything they were not going to do. There was no cost during this visit. I definitely would call them again if I needed another roof inspection. They're a faith-based organization and I actually support those.

Christian Bros. provided a very thorough estimate. They described in detail how and why they deal with some roof features that require more than just flat shingling. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Their installers work quickly and preformed thorough clean-up. There was a freak problem that happened during our installation which resulted in the main house drain getting stopped-up. Christian Bros. refunded our plumbing bill promptly and without any objection.

My roof needed to be replaced do to its age. I received several quotes from local roofers and decided to go with Christian Brothers based upon their cost, punctuality, and professionalism. They stayed in constant contact with me and I knew what services would be provided and when. I was worried about the amount of debris that would be left behind since two layers of shingles were being removed prior to the new layer of shingles being installed. They actually left my yard cleaner than it was before! I was really impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and high quality of work. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a new roof or any other service offered by them to give them a call.

It is I suppose within a perfect world and within a perfect story, that all little girls grow up to dream of one day owning that, “Big Round Sparkly Diamond Ring “and Little boys, grow up to dream of one day owning that, “Great Big Shiny Red Pickup Truck.” But for the adult Christian who’s like me, it is dream of one day being lucky enough to find or snag a roofing company that not only proudly proclaims God in all that they do, but who also understands and tries to empathize with all your many unusual and challenging concerns in not only putting on a roof, but it having it be one which is healthful, and such has been my dream. During an over an extended period of time of being able to work with Christian Brothers Roofing, my experience has proven to be superb and outstanding and I have been able to view their quality work and excellence on all levels. Their prompt reply on inspecting our roof, the informative materials and handouts, their wonderful multi point explanation on what would take place during a re-roof project and their excellent customer service and support covering questions, concerns and important objectives never disappointed. Great. Arrived when they said they would. Kept me informed and completed job in timely manner. All for a reasonable price.

They were very detailed about things. More so than the other top rated roofers that I had come out for estimates of both product lines they would be using, timeline when the job could be done, and costs. They had given us four different plan options to choose from based on the requested needs of our job. The positives were that their crew of workers were very professional and courteous. They did well keeping our roof and home dry around rain one evening and planned well in advance for things. The quality of the work was done well. They used quality products. They answered questions we had along the way. The only things where we had some minor disappointments was the first day when it was fairly windy for a part of the afternoon some of the tear off debris scraped some spots on our house which I had just repainted over the summer and I had to have some touch up work afterwards. They also advised that since it was a complete tear off that some roofing debris would be likely in the attic area where we store some boxes. I did not realize the amount of debris in some spots so it would have been helpful to tarp that portion of the attic. I would rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being awful and 10 being near perfection) as a 9. Good quality for the money and they were very professional in manner from the crew to the ownership. Some of our neighbors had some stories where there roofing companies did not plan for rain properly and they had some damage in their home. These neighbors both said they had heard good things about Christian Brothers Roofing and wished they had used them instead of the co's they utilized.

I feel a bit of background is needed here. We have an older home and the roof which was leaking (probably in multiple areas). This roof in particular used to be apart of a back porch that some odd years ago was enclosed and made apart of the kitchen. The material was tin, and also butted up against old wood guttering, you can see where this could be problematic. A very nice gentleman came out and discussed what would be needed. He said he was going to go out to his truck and quote what we discussed. This was on 7/29. He eventually came back and said he wouldn't be able to quote me today because of how the material was going to run into the guttering system. I said now worries, understandable. On August 4th I recieve a text stating he hasn't been able to get a quote to me because one of his crew leads was having outpatient surgery. Again I said no worries. Life happens to all of us. On August 15th I ask if they are still interested in quoting. He said yes, and he's asked his crew leads several times to call me. I haven't heard from anybody and it is now Augsut 18th. I understand the job I needed done on my house likely wasn't the largest or even the easiest, however I having a fleeing they didn't want to bid the job. Of course that if just a nice assumption...Due to their lack of communication and follow through, I'm not sure I would feel comfortable having them work on my house. If only construction companies understood if you have quality work AND good customer service , people will most likely pay what is needed.....

Ryan was completely honest with me and said that with the approval I had from my insurance company they could upgrade nearly every facet of my roof installation. He explained what they would be doing thoroughly and kept me appraised throughout the process. They installed a ridge vent system as well as replacing the large vents on the roof with soffet vents in combination with those ridge vents. The technicians were the hardest working group I have seen in roofing. They arrived on time every day and worked until the sun precluded them from finishing. A couple times they even had to use flashlights to clean up. The clean up was excellent my family and I had no concerns with roofing nails or debris. Speaking of roofing nails, Ryan told me that they placed many more nails in the shingles than is required, but I am not one to believe without verification. Every time I witnessed the application it was done just as Ryan said it would be. It looks fantastic and I have complete confidence in their work. If I ever need any work done that this company performs they will be my first and only call. I could not be more pleased. I was quite as pleased with the gutters, but the roofers spoiled me so much that it takes a lot to match up to their quality.
