I have roofed family farm houses, etc. Glad we had some cold weather, otherwise bugs would have taken up residence in my open mouth. I was expecting 4 day minimum. 1.5 days and they where done. The Half day was simply finishing the crown and picking stuff up.

Christian Brothers Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof. Their representative, Daniel Parker, came to my home and explained in detail, using his laptop to visually show me the process, what the the job entailed, the high quality materials to be used, and what I could expect during the process. He also presented me with a very professional hard copy package outlining this information. Daniel was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional,. He was, and is, extremely customer focused. He told me more than once that his job, and Christian Brothers goal, was to ensure that my new roof was of high quality and installed correctly in a timely and professional manner, that my satisfaction was his #1 priority. Daniel's quote was very competitive, right in line with two others I had obtained, and in fact significantly lower than one of the two. The job was started earlier than originally scheduled and completed on time quickly as planned. The crew that did the job was very friendly, very courteous, very professional, and extremely hard-working. They cleaned up all the old material from the roof and no damage was done to anything around the house. Daniel kept me apprised of his crew's progress during the installation process, even providing me with pictures of certain areas of the roof he felt I should see. He followed up with me promptly right after the new roof was installed to address any concerns I might have and asking for any feedback I might offer. I told him that he and his crew did a great job; that I only noticed a couple very small minor items; none of which was the fault of his crew. One had to do with a few small black marks on the upstairs window frame, and the other had to do with a small area of wood rot at the bottom of the vertical wooden frame around the window itself. Neither of these were the fault of Daniel's crew, but he promptly came over and corrected them anyway. Now that is what I call high quality customer service! The new gutters are not yet installed but are scheduled for early December. Daniel Parker is a definite asset to Christian Brothers Roofing and an outstanding representative for them. I am very happy with the job Christian Brothers Roofing did; they are great at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Excellent work. The only problem was notifying when work would be started and completed.

They surveyed the issues and convinced me all but one of the repairs wasn't needed. And then fixed the loose shingles at no charge. They will be my first call for roofing issues in the future.

Daniel is a good salesman - he came out and gave a competitive quote and was willing to get the issue resolved within the week. He gave me a quote and I mentioned angie’s list coupon and he said he’ll honor that coupon and give me a discount. Luckily we had this conversation over an email. The guy who came to fix our roof was very good, he gave us a new sky light - efficient, fast and clean. After work was complete, I didn’t hear from them for weeks so I called to ask them to send me a bill or something (I hadn’t paid and wanted to pay). The lady on the other end of the phone gave me the price (without coupon) and when I mentioned the discount (approx $150 saving) she was super rude to me. She forwarded me to some lady at accounting was was worst, she told me that Christian Brother’s never does discounts and made it sound like I was lying. She even raised her voice at me. It was pretty upsetting to me because I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED and I really wanted to pay my dues. Luckily, I had the email chain (where the discount was discussed) that I forwarded to Daniel and he sorted everything out. But the customer service experience left me pretty shaken. And the cherry on top, in the next rain the roof leaked again. Daniel came immediately to fix the issue for free - apparently the pump pipe was leaking too and that wasn’t noticed first time around. So overall, I was satisfied with the work but the customer service was pretty bad. This happened in July and I was going to not write a bad review but Daniel sent me an email asking me for feedback yesterday so I am writing this review now so that this company can train their customer service people.

Start to finish, the process was awesome! Daniel did a great job of explaining everything, keeping us posted, and wrapping things up. Highly recommend him!

All work accomplished. Overall a very satisfying experience with this company. From the person who first took my call, to the project manager assigned who answered all my questions, to the person who worked on my roof and of course the very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call Christian Brothers Roofing again.

I have spent the last 5 years remodeling my home, I have worked with a lot of contractors and I have to say Ryan and his team are some of the very best. I would highly recommend them.

They replaced some back shingles, tore off the old stuff. They parked their cars in my driveways and got oil all over it. They were more reasonably priced, I am sure there were cheaper companies but they wouldn't have done as good of a job.

When great. The date I listed for the roofing job (below) may not be the correct date. I just don't want to go look it up right now. :-)

They were prompt and quick to respond when we called for an estimate. Their pricing was just slightly over the other estimates we had received from other companies but were impressed with how they took the time to go over all their products with us. Daniel was who we dealt with, and he was very informative, professional, and knowledgable. He was always in contact with us before, during, and after the project. We would highly recommend them.

After the tornados and hail rolled through our area this spring and summer, every roofing company was busy. Our roof had storm damage, but no leaks; others in our area had more severe damage. Christian Brothers came out, did their assessment of the roof, the siding, garage doors, outdoor lighting and guttering that may have been affected. We were provided with a detailed written estimate which was what we were invoiced. They placed us on their waiting list, provided a tentative date they felt they would be able to do our complete re-roof and were within a week or two of that estimated date keeping us updated as it got closer. We were extremely happy with the quality of their materials, professionalism and workmanship of this company, their adjuster/representative, and their roofing team, which are full-time employees with long work histories with Christian Brothers.

Great! They worked with us on the date of installation. They actually finished our roof in 8 hours working hard. They always responded quickly to every question through phone, email or text. The price was EXACTLY what he quoted. They gave us a discount through Angie's list. The shingles had a VA discount. They also discounted their price if you paid in full at time of service. They negotiated with our insurance company for more money. We had ice and water shield added. Salesman explained the quality of products they used. Salesman was active in checking on the workman (our house twice, but said he usually checks in 4 times each day). Crew clean up was good. Salesman actually came out afterwards with the magnet broom to pick up any unfound nails. (Only found 4) Great clean up. Waited to be paid until all services were performed and we were happy. It was a wonderful experience.

They were prompt. They put a temporary cover over our roof. They got back to us right away. The salesman was thorough. When there was a problem, they were apologetic and tried to fix it. So far, so good. The one thing I would say was that there was a lot of nails in our yard. We were told there wouldn't be, but there were a lot of nails and trash. They eventually came out and picked up some of it, but I picked up most of it. They could definitely do a thorough clean up job. All of the big stuff got picked up, but there were dozens and dozens of nails in the yard, so that part was not great. They were the only estimate I got.

They came back 2 days later, completed the work and we didn't even need to be home. The amount charged was the exact amount agreed upon prior to the work. The roof isn't leaking at all and the service was extremely fast and very professional. Thank you so very much and we will definitely use Christian Brothers in the future for any of our roofing needs. We have also talked about this great experience with others and it turns out, they have an excellent reputation with everyone we talked to.

This family owned business goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. This is the 2nd time we've used the company in the past 16 years. We were so impressed with the quality of our first roof that we called them again after the hailstorm. I would definitely recommend this company!

It went well. It was really hot so it took a while for them to get out due to the extreme heat. Once they came it the job was done quickly and for the agreed upon price.

Exceptional shingle products and support items, designed to last. Makes the house a beautiful building again. The crew is just amazing, very sensitive about our requests and preferences, completely protective of our trees and plants, A/C Unit and all the features of our house. This company uses steps, procedures and materials that give long life to the roof and unquestionable assurance to us the home owner. If I ever have roofing needs in the future, without hesitation, I will hire Christian Brothers LLC Roofing to do the work.

The work was done in one day and they were very careful to schedule on a day it wasn't raining. They had to postpone once because of the rain. I was concerned about how much debris would fall in the attic and they took pictures for me to show me how much was there. It wasn't much. They cleaned up all of the debris around the house except for a couple of nails. Everyone was very polite. They did a great job! I might add that I have noticed roofs being done in my neighborhood by other roofers that are taking several days to get the work done.

They are good. They seemed knowledgeable. We were looking to have the gutters resealed.

Fantastic. Christian Brothers was the only roofing company I called in Kansas City who returned my phone call. I scheduled an appointment, the consultant arrived early, and took a look at my problem. He diagnosed it quickly and fixed the issue, and because it was such an easy fix, I wasn't charged. I'm giving them the highest rating possible because they were, once again, the only roofing company in the entire metro to return my email or phone call.

Daniel Parker did a wonderful job of explaining what was needed/recommended and why. He took the time to answer our questions, was prompt in replying to messages. Any concerns or special requests we had concerning the job were addressed. The crew was top tier. They worked safely, efficiently and very professionally. No radio blaring during tear off which was good as one of us works from home. During and after the install Daniel came by to personally check on the work. Went up on the roof himself and took pictures of the work being done and showing us we were getting what we paid for. Afterwards he walked the ground to check for nails, and other debris. This was the best experience we've had with a roofer by far. We absolutely got what we paid for. Highly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing.
