Description of Work: Ryan with Christian Brothers Roofing arrived for the inspection of my roof exactly when he stated he would be there. Did a great job in explaining the available services and timeframe of service. The company kept me informed on the service date. The team arrived early in the morning, worked throughout the day installing my new roof, cleaned up before leaving and in one day I have a new roof. They are coming back this Thursday to install my new gutters. Great service, competitive price, great communication and excellence all the way. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

CREWS WERE HARD WORKING; EVERY DAY THE COMPANY INSPECTED THE PROGRESS EARLY AND LATE; KEPT US INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS AND HOW TO MAXIMIZE THE ATTIC VENTILATION ONCE OUR WOOD ROOF WAS REPLACED. FOLLOWED UP WITH OUR ORIGINAL SIDING INSTALLERS AND WE WILL WATCH OUR SUMMER UTILITY BILLS TO SEE IF WE REAP THE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS. WHILE THEY WERE ABOUT $2,000 HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS, THIS COMPANY SIMPLY OUTDOES THEM WITH THEIR EARNEST EFFORT TO HAVE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND TO BE UP FRONT AND HONEST.

Description of Work: Christian Brothers Roofing did a great job on the new roof for my older home. They came exactly when scheduled and completed the job to my satisfaction. Ryan was patient and courteous during the process. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They sealed 10 holes where birds were getting into our attic and installed 19 soffit vents. Repairs were made efficiently, and work looked great when completed.

Description of Work: Tore off old shingles, installed new roof, a couple of vents, gutters, and mesh screen gutter covers. The roof was completed in two days. They didn't damage landscaping and didn't leave any nails behind for the dog or car tires to find. They came back in installed the gutters. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Christian Brothers were one of three bids to do repair work to prevent future ice dams and snow melt damage. Their bid included several ways to improve roof ventilation (passive vents, roof ridge vents, and having a handyman leave a gap when replacing trim since we do not have roof overhangs). It also included installing an ice/snow guard. We ultimately did not go with them, because they bid to just reseal our flashing to our stucco, rather than install new flashing flush to the substrate (i.e., cut into the stucco). The argument was that if we had no water leaks when it rained, that this wasn't necessary. Shortly after, we did have water leaks, so we went with the company that completely replaced the flashing. However, I would use Christian Brothers in the future, since they gave us many options for ventilation, including some where they wouldn't even do or be compensated for the work, and those recommendations matched the company we ultimately chose. Christian Brothers seemed knowledgeable and honest, and the price for the bid seemed reasonable for the planned work.

Description of Work: Installed new roof and new gutters. The quality of work was excellent and was completed in the time specified. The company representative that I negotiated with was very professional, very informative. No problems or issues were encountered.

Description of Work: Rebuilt my back porch roof and I was very pleased with there work and the professional way they handled there work. |The workers were friendly and answered my questions. The didn't treat me as if I was some dumb woman . I did appreciate them and the way they talked to me.

Description of Work: There was a leak in the roof into the first floor laundry room with interior damage. They discovered that the area of the roof had not been constructed using the proper roofing materials. They repaired the area (had to stop in the middle of project due to rain). They covered the area and came back later in the day and finished to work. There was no leaking during the unexpected rain. The men were friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the interaction with all those I came in contact with. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This was the most thorough, informative, and professional roofing company I have ever dealt with. This was a total roof replacement. Wood shakes were replaced by a high grade of composite shingles. Ryan Horstman was the only salesman I interviewed who addressed the differences of roof ventilation between the new and old roofs and the solutions necessary to obtain desired results. Also, he was here every step of the way from submitting the bid to final clean up. He and his crew worked well together and were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They did what they said they would do and did it to high degree of quality. I'm very happy with the results and so are my neighbors.
