Description of Work: We replaced a wood shingle roof of a 5,000 sq. ft. house. Of all the companies we interviewed we decided to pay a bit more because they were on top of their game with their presentation, visual/digital planning and that they were able to meet our deadline. Quality workers, supervisor was present each day and always checked on our continued satisfaction.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a valley where 3 sloped roofs would fill up with leaves then when it rained they would not flush out and causing water to dam up and water would get under the shingles causing water damage. They removed several rows of shingles and built an incline and placed a water guard material this made it so any material that would get there it would slide right out.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing! While they were not the cheapest bid we received, they were by far the most thorough and provided work of the highest quality. They were well worth the price. First we had soffit vents placed around February, and then planned to have our complete roof replaced in May. We ended up having to delay the roof because we needed to repair chimneys first. Christian Brothers was very cooperative and wanted everything to be done in the best order and timing for us. I appreciated their friendly communication and prompt responses. As soon as we were finally ready, they got us right back on the schedule. We are incredibly happy with the quality and appearance of our new roof and venting. We will be hiring Christian Brothers again as soon as we are ready to replace all of our gutters.

Description of Work: Replaced wood shingle roof on 5,000 sq ft house and replaced one skylight. The experience was everything we hoped it would be. Impressive customer attention. Owner on sight every day keeping us informed of the progress. They were a bit higher cost but the attention to detail, care about the surrounding property and commitment to their reputation gave us peace of mind.
