The estimate seemed like it was $3500. It was a very thorough quote and they explained everything. The overall quote experience was good.

It was mostly covered by insurance. I thought they did a nice job and I am pleased with the work that they did. I would recommend them because they did what they said they would do and they communicated well.

They gave me the best estimate. They gave me a very, very detailed break down of what it is that they do and how they do it, the whole 9 yard. It was quite impressive. The guy talked about venting the roof and installing the vent system on the roof. He said that the vent system that I had on the roof was inadequate and so on. There was another company that came by and gave me an estimate. They came by and took measurement for an estimate and they were going to give me their estimate the following Tuesday, but they never did and I promised Christian Brothers that I would let them know whoever had the winning bid the following Wednesday. When Wednesday came along and I had not heard back from the other company, I went ahead and decided to go with Christian Brothers. I think it was on Thursday that the other company called me and told me that they had got the estimate. I could have easily gone with them, but I didn’t. I got a spot estimate from Christian Brothers. They haven’t done the work for me as it hasn’t been scheduled yet. They were pretty professional about getting back to me on time. I would recommend them. He did a thorough job. He took pictures of the roof and after he had gathered all the measurements and detailed information, he sat down in the kitchen and showed me the pictures and showed me where there was work. He showed me what he would do on the pictures that he had taken. He provided all that information prior to leaving. The other company had done work for me before and I would rate them high as well. I think the job that Christian Brothers had done and was doing in terms of information gathering, sitting down and reviewing with me and all the step by step process of what they would do in terms of the flashing and all that kind of stuff was great. If that’s the level of thoroughness that they use in terms of explaining the process with the client, that’s the level of thoroughness I can expect from them on the job. I would use them in the future too, but I’m hoping that this would be my last roof.

Contacted on May 26 and Ryan Horseman Jr. contacted me back on May 31 for a 6/7 estimate. Ryan was nice and gave me a written estimate, discussing why Christian brothers was different. However, I called for siding and roofing estimate and he only does roofing. The next day, called for a siding estimate - they took a message for Scott and told me a couple week to call me back. It is the middle of July and still no call back. Anyway, called the insurance company and the adjustor needed a ladder assist. Called Ryan and he told me the only way he could help me was with a written signed contract on file, so no ladder assist (bad customer service). I called another company and it was no problem. I just contacted the company and spoke to a women supervisor - got the same message (they will not do anything to help, except free estimates, without a sign contract on file). Poor customer service :-(

Quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Thought for sure we would end up with a new roof, but Christian Bros. lives up to their name. Honest and fair, we only had to do some minor patch repair and our roof should be good for another 10 years or so. What a breath of fresh air. Love these guys. Will definitely do business with again.

The roofing part was fantastic. Everything was performed on time and cleanup was great. The same was true for the installation of the soffet vents. The gutters took some time as the subcontractor did not have the diagram to redo my downspouts. After some delay, he got them put on correctly and the quality of the work was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to repair my roof which was damaged by hail. The sales rep called me the day of the appointment and told me that he needed to move me to another day as he was over booked. I agreed to the re-scheduled time. Then when he was late for the re-scheduled appointment the same sales rep called me and told me that he did not know how I was scheduled at the time I was scheduled. They seem very disorganized and unreliable.

These guys were great. Two adjusters said only a patch to our roof, two roofing companies wanted to replace the whole thing. Christian Bros. came out to look at, put a tarp over the exposed section even before we had talked to them (and i think were going to leave even if we didnt chooses them). Basically said we just needed the missing tiles patched, and then had it done in a couple days. Fantastic work.

They did an excellent job. Even before I could give them the job, the man that came out to give me an estimate worked on the shingles. He used some cocking to make sure that the roof didn’t leak in between the time that they did the work and in case it rained again. He didn’t charge me anything for that. He used his own materials and that’s the reason he got the job. I would use them again in the future.

The price they quoted me was $10300. The service they provided was all very nice, but I felt that their value wasn?t as good. They were going to do the ice and weather shield with one pass and not two passes. They did 10 inch valleys and not 12 inch valleys. They were nice enough people. From what they showed me that was hands on was excellent, but at the end of the day I went with somebody that provided 12 inch valley, two passes and also was $2000 cheaper than them.

Contacted to give an estimate on a roof replacement relating to a home inspection and negotiations on a purchase of a home. Representative came out that day and had quote to us by the end of the day. Was very detailed in explaining product options and quality of workmanship. Although the home purchase deal fell through relayed to company that we would strongly consider them for all of our future roofing needs.

We had water coming in to our bedroom through the ceiling light fixture. We thought it was a leak in a flat roof. Jeff came out right away and explained that it was ice dams, what to expect, and possible solutions for the future. He didn't charge for his visit and didn't try to sell something not needed. He was great!

Joe came out after a couple of phone calls and inspected the roof took digital photos and show me and explained throughly explained what the problem was and what would be needed to make repairs. Once I gave them the go ahead to do the repairs Joe scheduled the repair work. When the roofer came on the day and scheduled time he went right to work and performed the work. He had to work into the darkness and I figured he would have to come back and clean up in the morning. To my surprise he had portable lighting and cleaned up the work area. I would highly recommed Christian Brothers Roofing, the work was professional and their pricing was the best out of all the bids I had for the job

Christian Bros. was very responsive. They also communicated with the insurance company. Their advice as to which kind and brand of shingles to use was very helpful.

I was impressed with the gentleman from Christian Brothers because he was honest and spoke to me respectfully. He explained what he did and how I could fix it myself to save money.

.I received bids from several local contractors (seven) to replace the sad looking vinyl siding on my large, free standing garage with James Hardie fiber cement lap siding. The disparity in the bids was astonishing. Scott from Christian Brothers Roofing delivered the absolute best bid which saved me as much as $3,000 when compared to most of the others. His bid included full replacement of the fascia and soffits when most of the others preferred to leave the old in place. He also offered very nice looking molded corner pieces at no additional charge. The crew began work on a beautiful, sunny morning. By the time the old siding had been removed and the soffits and fascia replaced, a nasty thunderstorm appeared in the distance. With lightning bolts flashing and the wind quickly increasing, the crew refused to leave until all of the moisture wrap was in place to protect the exposed plywood. They returned the next day to install the siding and the finished product is gorgeous. The building looks brand new and the installation precise. Great job CB!

My interaction with then went good. They were timely and pleasant to work with.

We found them on Angie?s List. He gave an excellent presentation. They use Corning products and they have been in business for about a year. I know it is hard but our other estimate came from a company that has been in business for 40 years and they use different products. I have to decide which company has the better products because the roof is the most important part of the house.

They've been excellent and very responsive. They have great professionalism.

I found them through my realtor. Scott, the president of the company, came out and spent two and a half hours at my home for the estimate. Scott is very a personable, knowledge and helpful man. He covered everything with me in detail. He even walked around my neighborhood with me and looked at roofs. He discussed every possible option with me. They were very thorough with the clean up. I found not a single nail in my yard. I was very pleased with their work. It was estimated to de a two day job and they were able to do it in one. They sent out two crews to complete the work. The one little drawback, we discussed it and they worked hard to correct it, was that I paid them extra to repair the soffit vents and bring them up to code. They did a sloppy job, so I called them about it and they sent another crew out to correct them. They did not do a good job with the soffits. The third time I said that it was not right so he sent out his top vinyl siding guy and he was able to fix them correctly and they knocked fifty dollars off of the final price. He was very conscientious about getting that fixed. They took care of everything. I cannot say enough about Scott?s integrity and honesty. I rate them highly and would recommend them.
