a wall outletKevin was a solid young professional in all of the communication I had with him. His response to my leaking skyight in the middle of a storm couldn't have possibly been better. I had water leaking down my wall, ready to pour right into a wall outlet. I was standing there, with a towel against the wall keep the water at bay when I called Kevin. He came over in the middle of a rainstorm, got up on the roof and installed a tarp perfectly. This stopped my immediate problem, and held until he could come back and assess the situation. This is was one issue from hail damage on a reasonably young roof. We did a full tear off and re-roof, it looks good from the street, and most importantly, not a single leak. The only grade other than excellent was the one I gave for "quality." I did so due to some significantly rough siding cuts made to be able to tuck the shingles/flashing in behind the siding. I understood the "why" behind this strategy, but there are some rough edges that could have likely benefitted a more deft hand. Overall, a solid job with ultra-punctual service. I would use CB again. I just might be super specific about attending to aesthetic details where the shingles meet the siding.

The roofers did a wonderful job replacing the roof and dodging the rain to get the job completed as fast as possible. They cleaned up the site and made sure I was totally satisfied with the job. The job was completed as bid and handled well thru-out the process.

The project manager Ryan Horstmann gave me options and made suggestions regarding roof replacement and changes to attic ventilation. I accepted his recommendations. He ordered materials and scheduled an installation date right away. The office staff was very helpful and courteous to me. On installation day, the crews showed up right on time. They worked very hard all day long and took no breaks even when the temperature got miserably hot. My neighbors commented that they expected a very noisy day but they were surprised that the noise level was minimal. The crews could have stopped work at the end of a normal business day and returned on the next day to finish, but they did not. They pressed on and worked until sunset just so they could fulfill the promise to complete the job in one day, which included cleanup of the property. The roof looks great. The new ventilation is a real plus and I am glad I accepted Ryan's suggestions. As project manager, he returned to the job site numerous times during the day, to insure the crews were doing exactly what was agreed to in the contract. He was in contact with me on a regular basis and explained, in detail, everything about the various materials used and exactly what I could expect from the installation crews. He personally did the final inspection to make sure that I was satisfied and that the work was completed according to the high standards of Christian Brothers Roofing. He is an honest man. He did everything he said he would do. My neighbors give me two thumbs up as they approve of the upgrade to my house. I would recommend Christian Brothers Roofing without reservation.

I couldn't be happier with the company and the product. They had a lower price than others and had a better warranty, plus they offered samples. They kept me informed from purchase to start date and completion. They called when they said they would, were courteous and professional - the crew, the salesman, and office staff. They had my small roof stripped, sheet of plywood replaced, and new roof on in about 6 hours. Very impressive. They cleaned up my yard meticulously and protected my AC unit. Roof looks beautiful and they had many options available. Absolutely recommend! Oh and they have a cash/check discount, saved $250.

We had Leak around Vent Pipes on Roof. Ryan came and assessed the roof and found that the rubber around the Vent Pipes had deteriorated. Ryan then explained that the roof was fine and he had a product on his truck that would stop the leak and explained how the product worked and that there would be no need to remove any roofing. After hearing Ryan's explanation I gave him the approval to install the product. We have had several large rains and there in no leak. Ryan in my opinion is truly a professional. Thank you Ryan

Ryan Hortsman showed us a computer power point of exactly what they were going to do and what materials would be used. I asked for this project to be scheduled out about 5 months, and they showed up on the exact day that was promised, even though there was a lot of rain this year that could have changed their schedule. Ryan was a great project manager and, unlike most sales people in this industry, he was on site at least 3 or more times a day making sure everything was going according to plan. He also texted me multiple times informing me what would happen each day. The project was finished on schedule, clean up was performed perfectly and the job was managed professionally. Christian Brothers took a major project that I was worried about, and turned it into a pleasant experience. I can't say enough about these folks. It has been the most seamless project I have worked on with my house in the past 10 years.

Everything went great! Our roof was replaced in less than 8 hours from the time the crew arrived to start stripping the old roof, till the last shingle was laid. Looks great. Ryan did a great job of keeping me up-to-date with cost and timeline.

The roof was replaced within a week of the contract signing. Everything was exactly as estimated and performed on time and thoroughly. I really appreciated all the prompt replies and how quickly everything was done. I also appreciated the thorough outline of what to expect ahead of time with pictures of what this would look like. We are now almost two weeks out and everything is great. We have had several thunderstorms and no more leak!

He was a very nice guy. When we need a new roof, we will call them again. He ended up not giving us a cost because he said he will just fix that and we don't need any work done. He was very honest.

He also kept me updated throughout the progress of the job. The crew was on time to the job and finished when I was told they would be finished. (It was a one-day job.) They did a solid clean-up job before leaving the site. I'm very pleased with the quality of the roof and would use this company again. Great job!

A lot of noise, but that was expected and they also warned me in advance. They cleaned up well after finishing the job, even in the flower beds with minimal damage to the plants. Arrived early, and started on time, project leader periodically kept me posted on status and did walk around after completion.

They are always timely with their estimates, quick to pull the required permits, document proper the lnsurance and Licensing and have materials delivered promptly. Their employees show up on time, are neat and respectful. When the job is finished it is promptly and completely cleaned up. Ryan was very professional in reviewing the bid and I liked what he had to say, but the bid was over $4,000 higher than the company we ultimately went with. Both companies were very similar in their apparent quality of materials, crews, warranties, etc., so the decision to use the other company was easy.

I called to get an estimate on a leak we had in the living room ceiling that we knew to be from the roof. Melody came out and was amazing, she explained everything to me in a way that I understood, she gave me advice on calling the insurance company and told me exactly what to expect. Everytime that I had to contact her she was prompt to answer and very thorough. We were pleasantly surprised that they had an opening and were able to get the entire roof done within a week of us getting the okay from the insurance. The crew arrived when scheduled and were done in half a day, the only trace that they were there at all is the new colored shingles we chose. The roof looks amazing!

I had a fantastic experience with this company from the word GO. Ryan was my account manager (son of owner) and he was amazing. I have never worked with this company before, only heard of them through media outlets. Very professional, met with Ryan a couple of times prior to initiating service. He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had the right fit for my home. Installation crew did a great job and you would never know I had an old roof removed and a new roof installed by looking at my yard. Their clean up is immaculate and my house looks great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing company, my house is small but I know they do very large projects as well. Ask for Ryan and it will be seamless. Granted, I think anyone there will make it seamless.

After a year of agonizing, of studying roofing materials, researching colors and styles of roofing, we finally chose Christian Brother's Roofing to install Camelot2 GAF roofing (lifetime roof). Although the price seems high, our roof area is large and their quote was better than most other quotes. It included upgrades in the installation. As a professional designer, color and texture of the roof is extremely important to me. The roof needed to compliment the Prairie/Mission style architecture of our home. Originally, our home had wooden, cedar shake shingles which were perfect with the style of the home. Because beautiful shake shingles are no longer covered by insurance (in our area) we had to go with our second choice. GAF, Camelot 2. It has a slight texture, (though not as natural looking as the original shake shingle) It was difficult to choose the correct color from a photo in a catalog. Christian Brother's worked with us on choosing the color. The roof came out well. But, the results from the venting of the roof was an unexpected bonus. 14 roof vents were added, plus skylights replaced. Although our home was cleaned and scrubbed, bleached and renewed, we could never get rid of the faint musty smell permeating the air. We could never tell where the smell originated. The faint smell drove me CRAZY (...and I drove my husband crazy). The added bonus of the roof vents eliminated the musty odor. This was worth every penny to me. The house smells fresh. But, back to the roof, the crew was professional, on time, quick, finished each area each day, and cleaned up well. We were pleased and would recommend them.

These guys are GREAT! They provided the most thorough estimate out of the three I had. Ryan was very professional and went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing. I had some minor water marks on my ceiling which prompted me to schedule a bid to figure out what the issue was. He used a device to test the moisture levels within the area of the stains, he went into my attic and even checked my furnace humidifier levels in the basement to address any moisture causes. This was all before even going on the roof! Like I said, very thorough. After the roof inspection it was determined that the flashing around the chimney base was failing and was originally installed incorrectly when the home was built. He took photos of the chimney and showed me exactly what the issues were. I was provided with a detailed estimate right away. Several days later, after getting more (horrible) bids I approved Christian Bros bid and faxed it in. Their price was fair and within the same range as others. They showed up THAT day to do the job which took three men about 3 hours to complete. Very clean, no trace of anyone ever being there which was great. Shortly after the work was completed I received a text from the home office with several pictures of the completed work. It was nice to see the before and after because I'd never know the difference if it wasn't for those pictures. They will be the only company I'll use should I ever need a roofer again.

It went fine. They came when they said they were coming in. They took care of everything. I live in a duplex and my adjoining neighbor had already done theirs so they were pretty conscientious about making sure that my house was protected apparently their roofing contractor did not put the shingles on straight. They went a little bit over. I felt like they were evenly conscientious about the installations. The pictures of the roof has showed me what has been done. They did a good job.

Met with Scott to get estimate and discuss project. He was very patient with all of my questions. He was also the most cordial. One reason I chose Christian Bros. over another company was because I felt I could work with him better. Also, I felt this company could do everything I needed to have done which was quite a relief. They were able to complete the whole project in 4-5 days. They actually subcontracted with a great guttering guy. My house looks so nice, much different than before. My gutters are so much easier to clean also due to wider width. I have no complaints. They cleaned up all debris as well. I no longer have to worry about my roof or gutters and can just enjoy the new look. It was quite a facelift and long overdue. They also alerted me to some issues with the chimney in which I followed up on. .

Overall presentation of the company is top-notch and very professional. The crew lead was great to work with. Crew was quick, got the whole job done in one day. While I wasn't able to witness any of it, since I was at work, everything seemed to go well. There was a spot or two that needed to be fixed per the crew lead's assessment the next day, but it was promptly taken care. The only downside is that there are some waves in the roof because of the shingles being applied in the cold of winter. They explained that once the roof gets a couple eighty degree days on it, it should level out fine. So, I need to wait until then for the "final" review. But everything looks good so far.

Melody was the one who came to give me my bid. She was the only one who actually came into the house to look at where the extension met the main house and took pictures. She also listened and when I mentioned the extension was getting a vaulted ceiling, she explained why the original venting we'd discussed would not work and the solution for it. She also discussed colors with me and which best went with my siding color. They even replaced a rotted board on the chimney trim and put on my new gutter guards I bought, screwing them on since the clips wouldn't have held them on my gutters. It looks great! Barbara

The whole project went very well. Our contact was Ryan Horstmann. Ryan presented us with a very detailed proposal and thourghly and professionally discussed the work to be done. His proposal was the most complete of the three that we received. All bdders were A rated by Angies List. After a complete bid anaylisis we awarded the contract to Christian Brothers even though they were not the lowest bidder. The work was scheduled and was started on time with a one day rain delay. The crew was well organized and professional and the project was completed in two days as promised. The cleanup was outstanding. Our contact with both Ryan and the office personnel was great with calls being returned quickly. We would certainly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing .

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing! I had one of the best customer service experiences I can ever remember, and they do fabulous work. Ryan, the project manager, was professional, helpful, and went beyond the call of duty to get the project moving along. Jen and Jordan in the office were always helpful and pleasant. Most important of all, the roof and guttering looks great. I will definitely do business with them again (hopefully not soon!).

We chose Christian Brothers because their sales rep. Braden was very punctual, professional, and had a well documented presentation. He provided proof of insurance without hesitation and the GAF master contractor certification. The material was delivered on schedule and so was the work. The quality of the work was good and well supervised. The clean up was passable. The roofing crew replaced 14 decking sheets and while the roof was open to the attic they dropped an unusual amount of debris into our attic, When we discovered this we contacted Christian Brothers. The sale rep. Ryan did not seem very concerned. He reluctantly offered to clean the mess up but with a caution that there could be damage to the wiring, sheet rock and insulation. After careful consideration I decided to leave things alone. We have had several reroofs in the past and never encountered this problem.
