Description of Work: Nothing, provider stated I was out of service area. You would have to question any company that turns away potential new customers. Businesses either grow or die, this one is clearly not growing. Do not recommend.

Description of Work: Provider scheduled an inspection and was prompt and professional. Determined that there was not significant damage to warrent a repair or replacement. We will definitely contact this provider when we do need his service.

Description of Work: They tore off an existing wood shake roof and replaced it with an architectural shingle roof. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Christian Bros. re-roofed our home. We contacted them and within days Scott Horstmann came to assess the condition of our roof. He told us that we could extend the life of our existing roof, but we chose to put on a new roof. He presented us with options, assisted with our homeowner's association, walked us through the roofing process, and was on the site once or twice every day. We interviewed a number of roofing companies and none of them left us with the same feeling of competency and integrity.

Description of Work: Ryan called to set up the inspection/review, was very curteous and professional. He came out when he said he would, and was very quick yet efficient. My issue was not in the roof, so there was nothing they could do for me. However instead of just moving on, spent a few minutes to show me pictures of the damage, and what type of service company I should be looking for. Even emailed the pictures the next day when I requested. I would definitely give them my business if/when the need arises.

Description of Work: Contacted Ryan with Christian Brothers Roofing along with two other Angie listed roofing companies with all the price quotes coming back within a few hundred dollars of each other. However, working with Ryan gave us the "peace of mind" of working with an honest individual who knew what he and his crews were doing and that they would preform as expected. Ryan was very professional, always there to answer questions and call us to keep us informed as to the progress on the roof replacement. The job was completed on time, cleanup was done as expected, and all the proper paperwork was completed (permits, lien waivers and certificates of insurance) as it was due. I would recommend Ryan and Christian Brothers Roofing to all who need roof repair/replacement.

Description of Work: Christian Brothers Roofing was one of 5 companies we had quote a complete tear-off of a wood roof for replacement with a new Timberline roof. Ryan set up a time to come and look over the job and showed up as promised. He spent 30 minutes climbing on the roof and inspecting all aspects of the job. He then spent 10 to 15 minutes in his truck working up his quote. The next 15 minutes were spent explaining every detail of the print-out he provided us. The written quote showed in detail all the materials that would be used, the way the job would proceed and the benefits of that process. Christian Brothers was not the lowest price at first glance but when we considered the add-ons of the other quotes that Christian Brothers included in their total job price they were within $50 of the low bid. Because of weather the job couldn't start when originally promised but did start within a day. The job was done as promised and completed within the time frame promised. Clean up was done quickly and efficiently and the crew was gone before we knew they were finished. Ryan was on the job site several times during the process and came back several days after completion to do a walk-around with us and see if we had any questions or concerns. We feel Christian Brothers was an excellent choice and would recommend them, and Ryan, to all needing a new roof.

Description of Work: This company was amazing....and most of all it was due to my salesman, Joe Horn. His two crews were professional, quite, clean and respectful. This was an extremely difficult & very large job and I feel I was very blessed to have picked them and given a salesman like Joe Horn. I'm not easy to please but they handled it 100%! I will continue to recommend them and would absolutely use them again. SR

Description of Work: Ryan was going to give me a roof estimate for hail damage. He was prompt and thourough as he spent a lot of time on the roof. When all was said and done, he suggested that my current roof, although damaged, would last several more years. I appreciated his honest opinion. When he was finished, I asked him about a small damaged area. He sized it up and fixed it in 10 minutes and wouldn't take payment for it.

Description of Work: I got quote. Jason was very good in explaining the procedure of roofing. Seems very professional and their price was good too. I couldnt go with them as my insurance company didnt approved whole roof. and other company was working on getting it approved completly.
