They showed as scheduled and did a great looking job. This roof had leaked as long as I have owned the house and patching did not help. Two days after completion we had almost 1.5 inches of rain and there are no leaks. Chris has done three other roofs for me and two for a friend who lives out of town and all have been problem free. He scrounges around and finds the best prices on materials, especially shingles. This takes up some of his time put keeps prices down. I have used Chris for over 10 years. At first he did all kinds of repairs for me on my rental property. Last couple of years he has switched to roofing exclusively, along with related carpentry. His crew is obviously very professional and they leave the site clean. I would not be surprised if Chris does not have insurance. He basically operates from his home but that is why his rates are low. If that is a problem for you, have everyone on the job sign a hold harmless agreement, in both Spanish and English.
