They cater more to the million dollar homes than to our home.? They probably do good work for the larger contracts for the builders.? They built the cabinets and the cabinets were good, but I think they didn't fill the nail holes and they didn't sand.? They kind of rushed us through, and we had a lot of conflict with scheduling dates.? They'd promise something and didn't follow through with it.? We bought this house that we're in now as a downsize project and we gutted the kitchen back to the studs.? All the old cabinets came out, and then based on a recommendation from friends of ours, we went with Cabinets by King.? It was a good design and I think the planning aspect of it went really well, but it's just the execution and the install we had problems with because they were hung up on their big, million dollar installs, so we kind of fell between the floorboards.? I think the price was probably okay.? They told us that they're happy to get these little contracts, but it really didn't show in the final ... the end results really didn't reflect that.? What was good about the service was Joey, who came out and helped design; he was good.? He was okay to work with.? I'm not sure what his title is, but he came out and did the measuring and everything and helped design.? We had to keep pushing and contacting them to get good dates and stuff.? The communication could be improved.? They installed over two days.? It was probably at least two months from the time we contacted them.? Quality was only a B because they kind left out the details or they didn't finish some of the nails holes.? They dented our refrigerator and gouged our new floor.? They were punctual.? Us personally, we would not recommend them in the future because of our small job, but I think they would probably work better with the builders, when they work with contractors; I think that's more their forte'.? Absolutely we would not use them again.
