Within a few minutes of submitting an online request form on their website, Christine called to schedule an in-home estimate. She came out to the house and went over what I wanted cleaned, how often, their policies, etc. I requested a couple of estimates that included all the things that I wanted cleaned and one that included the bare minimums and she was happy to provide different customized estimates for each room. I received an estimate and sample home-cleaning plan and room-by-room checklists within 24 hours. For the first visit we agreed upon a one time higher rate that included deep cleaning plan (included above) which was more expensive because it required more areas to be cleaned and more thoroughly cleaned compared to what I typically do.
